I use Roy's every 3-4ish months to clean a set of wool dry clean shirts, have always been satisfied.
Recently used them to mend a torn wool jacket - a good 2 inch tear - the fix was well done and clean! It was a unclean tear, and thus a challenge, but Roy's was able to do a great job at fixing it up, as much as anyone could reasonably expect given the situation.
The man typically running the desk is always kind and efficient. I hope Roy's is around as long as I am.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

So upset. The dry cleaning was always not great but just picked up and they ruined 2 pair of pants and a dress. U can see the lines and pick makes from a machine or something. Really upset! Don't go here.

A real community treasure! I go once a week whether I really need something cleaned or not. I just want to make sure they're still around when people need to dress for work again! I live in Mountain View, but I drive to Redwood City just to use their services. (I used to work near them in their earlier location.) They bent over backwards to adjust their cleaning process to help me deal with chemical sensitivities. Plus they're lovely people!

Absolutely terrible quality job on my shirts!!!!They have literally ruined about $500 worth of dress shirts...Every single shirt says Do not press collar on it because they have collar stays sewen into themThey pressed them allBent half of them and left huge press marks on all of themCannot follow simple instructions on the label of high end dress shirtsAlso brok the top button on almost every shirt and tried to replace it without saying anything with an incorrect button!!!Never going back!!!!
