Yup. One Star. If you're looking for a place just to dry clean, this is it Other then that get everything in writing. I took three articles of clothes to get dry clean, two of them needed simple alterations. It was late in the day, the person at the desk wasn't sure of the cost for alterations . I was told I would get a call back in the next business day never got it. I should of called and checked, that's on me. Picked up myself yesterday. Guy tells me "$135" I had to ask him twice to repeat the price because I thought I was hearing it wrong. Nope! $135. I double checked somewhere else what they charged me 135 at this place at the other place they were charging me 40 bucks for alterations. Ask questions get an amount

Haven't written a review in a while and decided my new dry cleaner was the best way to dabble back into Yelp. The son and his mom that own this place are great and super friendly. He always remembers my name and exactly what I brought in - he even remembered randomly that I didn't pick up a white shirt in over a month. It was there because he offered to try to clean it again after a hard stain wouldn't come out in the first go. Pricing is reasonable and I feel like the cleaning and service is a lot better than my last place. Parking is easy right next to the door and it feels safe and clean.

Royal Cleaners is one of the good dry cleaning shops I use in this area. They've done dry cleaning for us, duvet cleaning, and zipper repair. They did a good job each time and I never felt like I overpaid.

I moved to the area six months ago and looked at many reviews for cleaners in the area. Royal Cleaners seemed to have the best reviews, and I can confirm they do an excellent job. They have a good attention to details and their alterations have been expert and fast.

Customer service is abysmal even when they've lost an article of your clothing. It's like salt on the wound. I've been a customer for years. A couple of weeks ago, I got my black jacket back but the belt was missing. I called and spoke to a woman who said the owner mentioned there was an orphan black belt that had been found. I left my name and asked for the owner to call me. I heard nothing. Today, I went out of my way to go the cleaners to pick up the belt they kept and the person knew nothing about a missing black belt. She called the owner while I was there and he didn't remember anything about it. I left my number AGAIN and she said he'd call in a few hours. The day is over and I've heard nothing. My advice is either 1) find a different dry cleaners or 2) remove anything loose like belts before you drop off so they don't lose them. I think we'll be choosing the former.
