I brought my vehicle in due to a vibration issue, and I was charged $250 for what turned out to be a misdiagnosis. I was informed that the vibration was due to the tires, which needed replacement. However, as the tires had been replaced just last year, I was skeptical. After conducting my own research, I discovered the vibration was actually caused by a coupler malfunction.
Upon returning to the service center, the coupler was replaced, and the issue was resolved. However, I was charged for the initial incorrect diagnosis, which led to unnecessary time and expense on my part.
Additionally, I want to express my disappointment with the behavior of the service manager, Peter. When I mentioned the misdiagnosis, his response was unprofessional, aggressive, and threatening. He informed me that the center would no longer provide service for my vehicle, which I found unnecessary and inappropriate. His attitude is damaging to your reputation and is not reflective of the professionalism I expect from a service center.
To preempt a potential response from Peter regarding a scratch on the vehicle, I want to clarify that when I first picked up the car, I noticed a scratch I had not seen before. Upon returning, your service consultant, DeLante, kindly showed me a picture proving the scratch existed prior to service. I appreciate DeLante’s professionalism and the way he handled the situation, which is the standard I would expect from all staff. In my opinion, he demonstrates the qualities of someone more suited for a managerial role.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.

Very bad. False advertisement. Q50 was listed on their website for what I thought was a good deal. Called in and asked is everything good with the vehicle before I make a two hour drive to purchase it. I was told yes but will double check and return a phone call to me. Didn’t even call back. I got texted that there was an error when setting the price online and raised the price. I told them that wasn’t right and should honor what they had online. Basically replied bye have a good day. Unprofessional.

Gave conflicting reports on what was done to the car; probably nothing. Told me to go pick it up but then made me wait an hour, saying they just started washing it. Eventually told them I had to go, so they returned it supposedly vacuumed, which definitely wasn't, and sprayed so they could say they started washing it, but obviously hadn't. Complete waste of time and given blatant lies.

Took my Q60 in for an infotainment reflash. Advisor said it was the first time he saw that problem. They reflashed the unit but backup camera guide lines were not working properly when I picked up the car. Advisor brought the technician and we had a chat. They wanted to charge me to replace the backup camera even though the camera was working fine (it was just software problem). Neither Advisor nor tech were able to figure it out and they told me they were going to contact me later (they never did). People there don't know what they're doing. Don't recommend this place.

I called to ask the type of oil to put in my Infiniti, actually just to ask the page and or chapeter number to look under in the owner manual to find the reccomend oil type
however the owner and Indian fellow was very, very rude and didn't even know . He started yelling at me over the phone and said that's a service question. He was so belligerent.
The 2 sales guys I asked prior also didn't know and one (You'd think they could simply look it up but no .... Instead they hung up after telling me to look on the incorrect page . Than the owner answerd and just started yelling over the phone . What a ridiculous customer service response. After spending over 70,000 dollars on a car you'd think they could give you the chapter in the owners manual to make sure your putting the correct oil type into the engine. ( It's actually page 10-15 under oil type in the manual) as I figured it out quickly on my own and it's cleary written there. These guys were so stupid. Horrible customer service they really should go back for proper customer service training. I'll never use that dealership for anything if they can't even answer a simple question with out having to be accosted on the phone over something they all should have been able to answer quickly. What a joke ! I would not expect anything from this dealership after they take your money for the car . They are all so rude and not educated in the very basics in customer service or the cars they are trying to sell you . Not a trustworthy dealership. Be careful of these guys . Obviously they are only interested in getting you to meet thier bottom line and commissions than they don't offer any basic customer service. I sent them a screen shot of the correct page and correct oil requirements ( It says alot when you have to do thier job for them ) . Angry and incompetent is how I'd describe the interaction. There are alot of other dealerships so I would reccomend using a different one than this group. No help at all. And I had to school them on something so simple. They should be embarrassed.

My husband and I were going to visit a few infiniti dealerships to look around for a used Q50, but Luis Murrieta from Redwood City Infiniti got us a better deal. We ended up buying a brand new 2024 Nissan Sentra SR. They went above and beyond our expectations. Im not one for the hassel of negotiation, especially when it comes to cars, but they created such a comfortable environment. We told them our budget and they made sure to help us stay within our range. They were very accommodating when it came to our busy schedules and finishing the paperwork. They even offered to come to us. Luis personally showed me all the new accessories, so that I could fully enjoy my new car. Their team really did an amazing job from start to finish. Thank you Redwood City Infiniti, and a big shout out to Luis Murrieta!

I do not normally write reviews whether I have a good or bad experience , however I feel I have to for this place .I have bought many cars over the last 50 years, for me, my wife , my kids and many friends and this is the first time that I had such an exceptional experience. I live about 200 miles from this dealership , but the drive was well worth it. I made a very good deal over the phone and they actually honored it.I could not believe it. With my past dealings with other dealerships , they never did. They gave me many reasons why they could not. I do not trust salesmen .However ,my sales rep, Dion and his manager Seth were an exception. They even gave me a better deal than what we had originally agreed . Both were efficient, honest , friendly and professional.

Coming from San Jose wasn’t sure how comfortable I was on purchasing a car. Unfortunately there was a drop off or tag team in affect. Both salesmen were vary knowledgeable and and patient. I was allowed to bring the puppy in while going over the details of the car. It was almost a record how fast I got approved and drove off. Very happy and completely sure of my purchase. The car runs smooth and quiet. Let’s go!!
