He seems to have stolen my hard drive. Took it to him for repair; he told me the data might not be retrievable which is fine but then I never heard back from him. Never picked up my calls. I have never seen the hard drive again. This place is a scam.

I dropped off my external hard drive seeking repair back on 6/14. He told me he would get back to me in about a week saying if he could or could not fix it. I filled out a form. I have not heard back since then, and it is now 7/26. I've called and left messages 4 times. He has never picked up. He has not called back. My external hard drive is gone. I have no updates whatsoever. I'm incredibly confused. He seemed like a really nice, professional guy but this is obviously unacceptable.

My laptop needed to be cleaned from possible scams. The Geek Squad had a 5 day wait, I called Redwood City Computer Repair. Erick returned my call right away and was able to help me the same day. He had my laptop ready for me the next day at a reasonable price. I recommend Erick at Redwood City Computer Repair and will use him again myself.

Fixed my computer pretty fast and gave me the reasons why he thinks I got to the blue screen of death, and how to avoid encountering it in the future. Seems like a very knowledgeable guy.

Needed a quick solution to retrieve data from a computer with a broken screen. Eric was honest and offered several solutions with peace of mind knowing my data was safe. I had a pretty bad experience with Erick. I had a Mac battery replacement , which he promised is an original part (I have this in writing), but it stopped working after 3 months. He initially told me that he has asked for a replacement. That was six months ago. He then stopped responding to my messages. He will send you a contract that says repairs are guaranteed for 30 days and will fall back on that, while promising the original part(and charge that price). I don't believe original apple part would fail in 3 months.I had hoped for better service from such highly rated service, but my experience was pretty bad.

Erick is awesome! My computer suddenly died & I needed it for work the next day. I brought it to Erick & 3 hours later I had it back, working perfectly, fixed for a fair price. (I had called another repair shop who suggested I just consider buying a new computer vs. trying to fix this one... )

My laptop was broken and everyplace I went to said I had to order a new computer except Erick at Redwood City computers. He looked at it and immediately said he could fix it. The laptop was fixed quickly and on time, delivered to me when he said it was. I will definitely use him again. Thank you Erick for your professionalism and expertise.

From out-of-town and needed my laptop repaired. Found Erick on a google maps search and took a chance. He looked at my computer within an hour and I was able to pick it up the next morning. He was professional, courteous and got the job done or a reasonable price.
