Alex strives for excellence and transparency is his rule of thumb. Based on my first time experience, Alex treats your car as his own car. He told me what is required and what is optional. No surprise charge. Super thorough and detail oriented. Inside the shop is organized and clean. Not your typical impression when walking into a body shop.I sent my 15 years old car to fix and Alex did his best to make sure my car is safe to drive yet not spend unnecessary money on cosmetic improvements (unless you, the customer insisted!).I give him kudos for his knowledge on car repair and being transparent upfront. Highly recommend Alex if you are looking for someone trustworthy to fix your car.

I was told that it took a day and a half to swap out the transmission with the new one I had in the back of the van. They said if I brought it in on the Friday before Thanksgiving that it would be done by the end of Friday or very early the next week. I haven't seen my son in over 6 years so we've been planning for months to meet half way about a 3 hour drive north of here. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday came and went, still no car. They said it would be done by Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving came and went and they didn't even have the decency to call. So I had to cancel the reservations at the restaurant and cancel my meeting with my son. It's almost noon on the Friday after and I still haven't heard a word. I don't know about any of these other 5 star ratings but I just can't give more than one. Customer service is EVERYTHING!
