We have been their customer since 2008. Our 2 cars WERE serviced by this dealer until today. Their service was average at best over the years. My wife went in person to book a service appointment as her service agent had not returned calls,. She received such rude treatment at the front desk and came home speechless. The front desk lady, ( for respect of her privacy ), ignored my wife's request and gave her rolling eyeballs, "everyone is busy", as if she didn't care for the business.

This dealership is fabulous! I worked with AJ and he helped to find me a car that works best for my family. He is patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable about all the details and products. He has followed up with answers and even checked in to make sure everything was good. Purchasing the vehicle was an easy and smooth process . I recommend this dealership %100 !!!

I visited this place and for sure they don’t live the reputation. In fact, they were in a hurry to dismiss me as a valid customer or so it seemed, given that they won’t do a proper discussion on the vehicle pricing. This even when I know that there are other Lexus shops which are offering a much thought through and reasonable deals. It wasn’t worth driving down to this place for my family. Disappointed and will avoid these guys.

I bought my RZ450e from Putnam Lexus Redwood City in May 2023. Thanks to the excellent advice I received from Hend Kamal to go full electric. So far I have no regrets and absolutely love the car. Hend Kamal and her team provide nothing but friendly, professional and prompt service. I am looking forward to seeing them again when I go in for my 5,000 check up. This is my 4th Lexus from this dealership and I've been a customer of theirs since 1999.

Ming and Hend are wonderful sales people! Ming was super knowledgeable about the model we wanted and was patient to show and explain everything to us in detail. Hend was honest and straightforward, and was very accommodating with the back-and-force process to arrive at an arrangement that we were both happy with. Overall a very pleasant experience getting a brand new SUV, highly recommended!

My name is Mandana. I want to let you about my experience with this company. My husband had brain stroke 3 years ago , and as a result he has aphasia and his left side of his brain completely damaged so he is not able to talk at all . Last week he went to putnam Lexus Redwood city car dealership and tried to buy a car . So the two managers of this car dealership ( Ed and Mike ) not only sold him a top of the line car which he is not able to afford the payment ($1200) a month but also they bought our family car 2013 Honda Odessy minivan for $11000 . When I noticed what my husband did , I reached out to them and explained to them our situation and asked them to give us our family car back . So they told me you can bring the money and we will give your money back . Then they changed their words and told me if you want your car back you have to bring a $16000 cashiers check by the end of the day . Considering I am a teacher it's really hard for me in a few hours I get this money but still I did it because all my family really depend on this car and I have to save my family. At that day when I went with the $16000 cashiers check ( Ed and Mark) the two managers who talked with me already , told me they didn't know what am I talking about , and threatened that they will call the police if I don't leave there . We are a family of 4 and my two children couldn't attend the school because I can't give them a ride and lyft and Uber don't give rides to people younger than 16 years old . Happily got us an SUV here!Ming and Hend helped us a lot in the process.Started with a call to arrange a test drive, wasted no time in getting us into the car. Helped answering and showing the features the car came with, was patient, honest and supportive during the back-and-force, and arrived at an agreement that made us pull out the checks.Smooth paperwork and handover process as well, car arrived brand new and with a full tank of gas. Got loads of information to set us off.A good place to do business!

When school let out this summer we wanted to get a newer car AJ met us and left the lights on extra for us to check things out before close. We liked a pre owned UX 250. We love it. So much so we are back buying a new one. We told AJ keep us close so we don’t have to go to concord for our new purchase. He worked it out. Bam anther Lexus is coming home. I bought my first Lexus almost 9 years ago and it has been a wonderful car -- my absolute favorite. I had no plans of selling "Betty White" and took her in for her 90,000 mile maintenance with David Liss. David is a gem. I had a few not so great Service Advisors in the beginning and then I found David and have trusted him for years. Because they were running a bit behind, they put me in a loaner car and it was love at first sight. I reached out to David with a few questions (what would it look like to trade my car, could I buy the loaner, etc.) and I knew he would put me in the hands of someone he trusted and who would treat me right. Later that day, Robert Garcia gave me a call and answered all my questions over the phone. He sent me a few ideas over email and that evening we started to text numbers. I have to admit, I had my guard up as first, but as soon as I met him in person the next day, I knew he was a good and honest man. After working with him and Ed for not even an hour, I walked away with a MORE THAN FAIR (seriously shocking good) deal on a brand new Lexus with all the bells a girl could ask for. It was the most fun and stress-free car buying experience I ever had and I will forever be grateful to Robert and Ed for making the experience an absolute joy. Robert even spent more than an hour with me after I signed to help me get all set up in my new car. The best part is I didn't stay up all night stressed out and asking "what have I done?" like I usually do after a big purchase. I am thrilled with the entire experience and my beautiful new "Blanche Devereaux." David, Robert, and Ed, thank you so much for you kindness and generosity. I'm forever your fan.

Professional and very friendly and honest. Very good customer service. Exactly what you would expect and much more, especially walking into a luxury dealership. Came in and walked out with what we wanted. It took a while but for sure, we appreciate being shown different options in line with what we wanted. Thanks Putnam Lexus.
