Never go to this shop. They don't tell you the price of their work before repairing. After, when you don't have a choice, they will charge you twice as much as it actually is! Very rude and unprofessional!!!

On my way to a long overdue mini vacation I experienced a leak in my fuel line and after speaking with a couple of repair shops who were not helpful, I spoke to Mike at Pro Cal Truck and RV Repair. He immediately listened to my concerns with compassion and expertise. He said you are about only about a mile from here why don’t you come down and I’ll take a look. I was so relieved and immediately drove to the shop. Mike met me at the door and showed me the problem. He said he could fix it right away. He offered for me to stay in the lobby, and the team made me feel welcomed. Within a few hours I was on my way. Propelled truck and RV repair. Has earned a lifetime customer!!

I happened to be in Redwood City when my tail light went out and I had time to get it fixed. Just so happens that I found Pro Cure Auto Clinic on Yelp, read the positive reviews, and gave them a call. I was pleasantly surprised when Eric said come on down immediately and we'll look at it. When I arrived he jumped right on it evaluating that it wasn't a bad light bulb, but it was a burnt wire. Instead of waiting an hour to get the part Eric actually went down to the part store and picked it up and within 15 minutes when I got back my light was repaired and I was back on the road.Man, I wish I lived in Redwood City, Eric is the man!!! If I'm in the area he will definitely get my business.Highly recommend and he is fair and honest.Thanks, Eric

Eric always gives me a fair price and honorable service for my cars. I've brought both a Mercedes and Audi here, very difficult cars to work on and he has done some very reliable work on both of them. Very transparent and friendly at all times. This is my go-to mechanic.

Took the company vehicle in for a brake light issue and I was in and out of there in no time. They even did an oil change which was way over do all on the same day. Great, quick service highly recommend!

Took a car in for inspection. I arrived an hour early but they immediately took it in anyways. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond in the inspection even making sure to tape the broken windshield wiper so it wouldn't scratch the glass on the way home. Couldn't be happier. Thanks again guys!

I have nothing but good things to say about Pro Care Auto Clinic. Eric was so amazing and so so nice. My car was having issues and I didn't know why so I brought it in for diagnostics. They ran tests and within a day had the issue address and fixed. Amazing! I can't recommend Pro Care and Eric enough. He was so nice, friendly, helpful and made me feel so at ease (since I'm clueless about cars). Five stars!

I can't say enough good things about Pro Care. Every time I bring my car here, I feel like I've been transported to a small town where the shop keeper personally knows (and cares about) everyone who walks in the door. This is such a gem in Redwood City! Beyond being a fantastic mechanic, Eric is an incredibly honest, generous, and kind person. When I was 7 months pregnant, one of my tire's pressure was low, and for some reason, I wasn't able to re-inflate it at the gas station (I've done this many times before. I don't know what my problem was. But I was hot, tired, and frustrated and it was during the darkest days of the pandemic.) I thought maybe the tire had a small leak, so I called Pro Care. They told me to stop by right then. They filled up the tire and waited to see if it lost any pressure. It didn't. Somehow, they did this without making me feel completely embarrassed that I couldn't add air to a tire. They also didn't charge me. I was truly grateful! Pro Care also recently replaced our car's clutch. First, Eric explained our clutch's prognosis to us like a caring and trusted vet talking to us about our beloved pet. When my husband picked up the fixed car, Eric realized he had slightly over-quoted the labor, so he charged us less! With the new clutch, shifting into 2nd gear took a little more effort. I wanted to make sure that was normal, so I made my husband take the car back to ask if anything was wrong (for the record, my poor husband thought it felt fine). Anyway, Eric graciously took the car for a test drive and assured my husband that everything was fine and shifting would probably loosen up as the new clutch got broken in. It did. But the time he took to address my concern gave me precious peace of mind that I wasn't ignoring something that might cause a problem down the road.
