I've been going here for years but once the son took over it's gone down hill!They ruined my husband's sheep skin jacket by completely changing the color from light brown to dark brown without explanation or apology nor refund!!!Recently we took in a beautiful pricey sweater and when we went to pick it up it was lost!!!!! What??? Stolen??Again no explanation and was treated rudely!!!Needless to say we will not be returning here...

You charge me $8 a shirt with bill totalling to $75.72 for home delivery. Don't hear from you guys for days after delivery date and then we have to come to pick up ourselves and wait while you fold and pack. What kind of a business do you run. Not coming here again.

Dry cleaning is fine. The wash and fold is pretty bad. The t shirts looked like were folded by a three year old.

Nice people. Solid work. I had a couple down jackets that needed to be cleaned after a camping trip and they came back with zero evidence of campfire.Never taken anything else there since I'm new to the area but I will in the future.

I used this Dry Cleaner for 20 years. While the Father worked there, it was an outstanding retail shop. The son took over two years ago and it's become a shambles since. They often open their doors an hour late, counter help is arrogant and obnoxious, clothing went missing only to "turn up" months later. When I asked to speak to the son, I was informed in a snarly tone that I should go elsewhere with my business. A customer for 20 years, at $50/week. So I have gone elsewhere. And I suggest you should too.

I would strongly advise anyone who picks up their clothing/garments and dry cleaning to inspect all of their items before leaving the premises! I took in numerous items to this Price Rite Cleaners in January of this year (2020) after having been on vacation for 3 weeks in southeast Asia over Christmas and New Years. I have had no reason to wear any of these shirts and pants since then. When I finally unwrapped my expensive shirts from the plastic this past week of November 9th 2020, there was black paint on the coller of on shirt and white paint smeared all over the coller and sleeve of another. These shirts were completely destroyed. I have used Price Rite Cleaners since 1995 back when...and have never seen anything like this occur! Something has changed and I am glad that I am aware of it--such that I can warn other potential customers going forward. Their very defensive in making claims such as, well why didn't you say anything at the time that you picked up your purchase? The reason is because I trusted the business. Well after loosing my expensive shirts, I no longer do and neither should you.

Way overpriced. I used them many years ago and had some token cards to use up. Even with the discount it was expensive.($8 bucks per shirt without discount). I had been using another dry cleaner in Santa Clara @$2.75 a shirt,but didn't feel like driving that day. No more laundry here. Same laundry there would have been $20 bucks vs $32 bucks.

If I could give zero stars I would! We just moved to Redwood City area from San Mateo. Used this company ONE time and they ruined a shirt that was worn 2 times! When I brought it to the owners attention, he argued with me that he KNOWS it was not his fault and that it was caused by deodorant. The strange thing is this is the same deodorant my husband has used for many many years and we always have his business shirts laundered professionally. In San Mateo we used Town & Country Cleaners at 1234 W Hillsdale Blvd, San Mateo, CA for over 20 years and never had a problem! Bad customer service! Do not use this company!

Christina provided very friendly and capable customer service, and even called Cesar to the desk to offer expert advice on how best to clean my large, zippered mattress cover. They could have sent me elsewhere (like their competitor) but they took on the unusual challenge at a reasonable price. Thank you!
