not good. The woman behind the counter didn't speak English well so it was difficult to understand her. She wasn't much help. I had to go to another pharmacy.

The staff always works with me to get what I need. I'm never disappointed with this department just the communication between departments and that's only sometimes!

3 days ago I went hear seeking emergency HIV prevention medication called PEP that is suppose to be taken with 72 hours and they called the cops and got me arrested. I just got out of jail last night. Now I might get hiv because they arrested me for yelling. I hope I don't get hiv and I'm going elsewhere and will have to lie and tell them I was exposed 2 days ago instead of 3 so I can get treatment because you guys are the worst evil place and don't help patients: (.Thanks for nothing you guys are the worst and I don't recommend this place to anyone ever! No wonder your cities have so many people that have hiv here. And the head pharmacist said he's been there 17 years so he should know the aids epidemic in his community. What a farse. What a fasade. What happened to the hypocrattic oath. God o god why!!!!

Had very efficient visits here for radiology & the nurses were very lovely, & considerate. Also the labs area to draw blood was relatively quick considering I was there early afternoon on a weekday. The results were posted quickly to my KP doctor app, & the radiologist told me immediately what his impression was of my ultrasound. All in all, very impressed with this new facility. And the Covid walk-in vaccine option is a great idea!

Quick take: Covid-19 vaccine clincTook my older kid to the appointment vaccine clinic for is booster shot. Made the appointment on kp.org. Once we arrived there are signs everywhere directing people where to go. There is a walk-in clinic and an appointment clinic. How I know that? I accidently went to the walk-in clinic first. The process was very efficient. Kid got the shot, waited in the observation area. He was wearing a sticking name tag with his dismissal time on it. Once is 15 minutes was up he was fine and we were on our way.Thank you Kaiser- RWC staff!

The Marshall Medical Office Building was opened in April 2021, and is part of the Kaiser Redwood City (RWC) Campus. There's not much I can say bad about this place. It's brand new, and it'll take time to learn about all it has to offer. For now, I know it has a multi-level parking complex. It's basic depts include: Lab, Pharmacy, and X-Ray. The entrance is actually on Thrive Drive, not Maple St. This building is located at Maple x Marshall, adjacent to the Kaiser RWC Hospital.
