The young girl working was extremely rude and made me wait for 10 mins while she in the back. Once I talk to her, she was super disrespectful and didn’t want to help me at all.

I stopped in for passport-like photos shortly before close (international drivers license). Frank and team were quick, took a shot that worked, and I was in and out - easy! They were courteous and attentive to the several customers in the shop. Where they went the extra mile: helping me get digital photos for a family member printed. Two digital sets were sent to them, neither perfect (shadows etc). Frank edited and was able to produce a print that was noticeably better than what we sent. No up charge, just solid service. Everyone who works there is pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Frank and team! Highly recommend!

Store supposed to be open 10am. It's Saturday morning 10:10am with 3 person line out the door. Young worker just showed up. Management here is good. I go here often and service typically great. This review only for today. They should be aware of this.

Used to be my one-stop place to mail packages for many years. Today I arrived at 10:00 a.m. when it was supposed to be open. Three other customers arrived shortly after me. By 10:15 a.m. the clerk arrived late. She did not apologize and said "give me a minute". Two of the customers had already given up and left. Since I was the first in line, I should have been waited on first, but NO, she walked around the counter and picked up two boxes for the guy, who was second in line, and took his paperwork to process. Then she turned to help me, after she had left me standing at the counter. Unacceptable customer service!

I don't normally leave reviews (this is my first review). I just recently went in for my livescan fingerprints and I was told that this place is open. Firstly, a lady JC was very unwelcoming and seemed to have a bad day (which I totally understand, we're human and we all have those days) and seemed to not care about the additional flyer I presented that i was informed to present at the livescan site to ensure I don't get charged. She pushed it aside and said nothing and proceeded on (whatever, right?) Secondly, there was no receipt or any sort of "thank you" which made the customer service feel ehh. All and all, I got what I came in for and didn't get charged. All I'm going to say is that the customer service has a lot to be desired and will not be giving this place any business in the future

Dishonest. Asked $10 to print a 4x6 picture even though the price table listed $0.99. Claimed “that’s just how much it costs.”

They do passport style photos in under 5 minutes. $17 per person. The staff was very nice and polite.
