Very clean, friendly and they do excellent work. I recently had a dog bed made from material I brought. It is so cute and well made. I'll go back again. I also had clothes altered as I lost 40 pounds. They are perfect and you can't even tell they were altered. Great place.

673 El Camino Real in Redwood City, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE...!!! Renzo is one of the owners of new wave graphix and he is by far the most terrible business man I have ever encountered. He is very difficult to work with and when you're at his place of business, he projects an attitude that he just doesn't care and thinks he's doing you a favor...!!! Terrible customer service and a terribly arrogant demeaner!!! He created logo's for me a few years back but I have never been able to use them on social media platforms, the images would be cut off on all side no matter what I do. I was patient and never complained until today. I emailed him today and told him that these files never worked; no matter how I used or manipulated them. He quickly responded that the files are fine. So then I called him to discuss, and his response was, if you want them to work, it would cost extra! Cost extra, for what? This upset me as it would anyone and I was justified, however instead of Renzo trying to make an effort to resolve this matter and make things right, HE JUST HANGS UP... WOW, that was a BIG MISTAKE and the biggest mistake a business owner can ever do. A MISTAKE that will haunt him for many years to come. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RENZO AT NEW WAVE GRAPHIX - HE IS BAD NEWS

Omg. Renzo was incredible. I brought an idea of a project to him, he gave me several sensible options to build the prototype. I went back after getting all my graphics done, put them in a Google folder, drove over, worked out the details and he had my exact thoughts up on a screen within 10 minutes. Wow. When I came to pick up the order we were blown away. Thank you so much Reno. If this works out, this prototype will become the foundation of a new business.

Really loved the service. There was a miscommunication but I will take fault for not following up post weekend. However, Percy & Renzo gave me a really quick turnaround and had amazing customer service! The shirts turned out wonderful and would definitely come back again to get more things done. Thank you so much for being super accommodating. :)

5/5! I called on a Monday afternoon needing completely custom t-shirts by Wednesday for a Bachelor party. I had little hope of this tight of a turnaround even being a possibility. Not only did Renzo make it happen, but through the process the man was very patient and attentive with back and forth proofing and renditions on creating the custom design, and the shirts themselves turned out incredible! He's a true pro and easy to work with. 100% recommend (but try to give him a little more time than I did!).

I drove all the way down from SF because of New Wave GraphiX's customer service and competitive pricing. It was worth it. They are super helpful and care about their customers. With everything online, it's more important than ever to support local brick-and-mortar businesses when possible.

Went here for last minute t-shirt prints for my Fraternity Sorority anniversary. Talk to Enzo very nice guy down to earth person willing to help out. He actually stayed late to work my disign on my shirt. No need to bulk orders but at least 5 or more shirt to make a profit. Not bad.

I needed a banner made for my parents' restaurant. I messaged via yelp on a Wednesday night (around 8 PM) and Renzo got back to me almost immediately. We emailed him a PDF file of what we wanted that night and he was able to get the banner made and delivered to my parents by the next day (around 3 PM). It was incredibly fast service! Also, we didn't need it but he offered to help with the design of the banner should we need it. Would definitely recommend Renzo!

I had a large order of jackets (over 500) to embroider with our departments logo. Renzo and his team did an amazing job on the jackets and working with us to make sure the correct sizes and quantities arrived. The vendor I purchased the jackets from had a glitch in the system which made shipping a nightmare, but New Wave Graphics made everything else a breeze. I highly recommend them. This was my 3rd time using them and every time quality work was done and done quickly.
