customer service sucks here. If it's not on the shelf they never offer to check the back or call another store. There is never a sense of urgency to help a customer. Walked in, both employees were on their stools with cells phones out. On a different occasion tried to make a return from another Napa store and I was told it can't be done because I bought from a corporate store. I drove to the corporate store and mentioned what they said and I was informed it was a bunch of BS. They said they just didn't want to take on inventory. Sad how customer service has fallen, and they wonder why sales have declined.

The napa employees here are knowledgeable and helpful if not wildly modern. Good place to go for auto parts needs and questions

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. This location mixes and sells color matched auto paint and supplies. This includes color matched spray cans.

So three stars because I checked in with Yelp and they gave me a coupon and I asked them to use it but then when they said that it was fake and that they don't accept it. cute big dog in the store sniffs your hand, arms legs when you walk in and you're grabbing something from the bottom shelf. Very funny cause if you're looking for something, the dog literally shows you where it is.

Good clean service usually have parts you need or can order in extremely knowledgeable about cars AutoZone and the other auto shops are terrible they don't know what they're talking about when you come here they definitely know what they're talking about my uncle's been going here since I was a kid great place definitely recommend this auto shop for anybody with auto needs thank you for taking the time to read this short review ?

Best auto parts store in the area, hands down. Forget O'Reilly or Autozone up the street or Pep Boys near Costco, which is undergoing the longest remodel in history. I've been to all three and the folks behind the counters, while all mostly friendly and well-meaning, aren't terribly knowledgable. Napa, or at least this particular franchise in Redwood City, is run by older guys who absolutely know their stuff. They and the ancient, dusty-looking 70's-vibing store they inhabit could be an exhibit in the Smithsonian but don't let the looks fool you. They're fantastic and can quote part numbers off the tops of their heads.Great operation, hope it doesn't get remodeled and staffed with 20 somethings.

The reps knew their products. No bs here. I called and told them my car year and model. Picked it up parts within 20 minutes. All the parts fit perfectly, the box had all the parts not like O'Reilly or auto zone. These guys spoke English . From now on I am going to Napa stores.

This is probably one of the few awesome auto parts store around. I really only go here on the weekends and i talk to Tony all the time. He has helped me with over 5 of my projects, getting common stuff as well as harder to find stuff, usually same day. Highly recommend

Good people here...had to charge a 0.59 item since didn't have any cash on me. Felt bad but they didn't make a big deal out of it. Won't hesitate to purchase more auto parts from these folks in the future just to support them.

I worked at an old school parts store a long time ago out of highschool. I learned a lot and quickly realized what made a good auto parts store if you're into wrenching on your car yourself. Walk in and it might seem a little old and dusty but the people that work here are helpful. They even have a paint mixing station. For some people who don't venture into auto parts stores often it might seem a bit intimidating at first but these guys are really helpful. I needed some replacement lug nuts but didn't want to buy some no name brand nuts from Amazon just because some had a ton of reviews only to find they'd rust and flake in a few months. Most of the time lots of reviews on Amazon just means cheap. The guy behind the counter pulled out a couple of Dorman boxes out for me and matched up the ones I needed. Cool spot, will be back.
