I have been with this bank for 27 years and today we are going with a big box bank. Here are our reasons- need a new card, pay $50 rush and this has happened twice in the last two years and both times we have had to call to see when it would come in. No rush. Second reason, behind on the times when it comes to banking. No tap card, no Zelle, Acorn, nope can't use them. And the new name is making it worse. Had my card compromised and call the number on the card and they didn't know what SF credit Union was. Found our account only with the card number. If it was stolen, we would have had no way to stop the card from being used. That is scary.

I've been a member of MY Credit Union for over 40 years. Started when it was Ampex CU. I felt compelled to recognize this wonderful business. My entire family utilizes their various services. Ryan Rice is a wonderful employee who works at MY Credit Union who has demonstrated exceptional customer service. At one time, there was an issue with my account. Ryan went above and beyond to resolve my issue and to isolate the root cause. Thais is only one example of the type of personal care and services that this business provides. I truly enjoy doing all of our banking there!

Wow! I just got off the phone with Judy the head of the loan department there and what a horrible experience. I asked her a simple question of how a customer can get a loan there and basically she was not interested in our business. She kept saying oh we're understaffed and we only have two employees here so we can only process loans if you make it super easy for me. When I asked her can the customer come through the front door with a purchase order and get a loan, she seemed uninterested and again, not promoting your financial services. I asked her at least three times do you want me to send you some business? You know what she said to me? She said " why all of a sudden do you want to send us business? I mean San Mateo credit Union has a lot more people are able to process the loans better than we can." Can you believe it? If I had an employee that wasn't trying to sell our company in a positive manner and cultivate conversations in the direction of bringing business to our company, we would have a problem. You need people promoting your Company and constantly looking to close deals. Why would you tell someone that you're understaffed and probably can't handle your business? I was so flabbergasted with my conversation with her that I actually asked her for her supervisors name and I think she gave me a bogus name Alex Cassius. I was put on hold for approximately 15 minutes and then of course when I called back I mysteriously got back to Judy's recording answering machine. Here's the bottom line. I was willing to try MY CREDIT UNION because they were closer to my dealership then my other credit unions, Golden one credit Union and Provident credit Union. Neither of them are on CUDDLE and I simply fax the information over to them for approval and they cut a check the same day they sign up the members. My CREDIT UNIONs Interest rate is double the other credit union and I was still going to give you a shot at getting maybe 5 to 10 deals a month from us if you made it convenient. Judy if you read this, stick to the computer screen and stay off the phone. I'm just saying. Alex, If you are real and you read this please give us a call at 650-367-8000. maybe let people know when you change things instead of letting them feel locked out of there account they have had more years than most of your employees

Great personal service and reasonable loan rates are their strengths. A perfect example of why to use a Credit Union vs an impersonal chain bank for everyday banking. I have financed every car I purchased in CA through this credit union since moving here over 50 years ago.

There is no way to contact anyone at this credit union. Their phone system just send you in an endless loop.
