“In the 6 years I have gone to this location, this store's staff members are very helpful and courteous. However, I have gone to this store a few times to pay my bill or do phone related business there, only to find the store is closed (during business hours)! No note or anything. It is left to look like the business is shutdown and no longer in business. I went there yesterday...the same thing. Luckily I was traveling in the area anyway.”

Alicia is so great at her job she doesn't make you feel stupid or lack knowledge. Very respectful and humble! Management must be good as their is no uptight employees working here. They are very respectful and knowledgeable as well as suggest solutions for you. Very appreciative you will be in their services. Alicia is a talent to have for this team. Had an issue with my phone.
