Last month I brought in two of my iPhones to activate, I had seen the promotions online that included a free SIM card, I choose the plan 2 lines for 80 to my surprise I received a bill for $120 I went in to another location and they told me I had 40 of extra service they add $20 of extra services to each of my line and didn’t tell me what I was paying for, my first time trying Metro by T-Mobile and very disappointed with the employees dishonesty! I went in to demand a refund which they refused then proceeded to tell me promotions are different at every location, which is a lie because online they have the same offers! Never visiting a corporate office again what a rip of

Great customer service, the girl who helped me and my son figure out his phone issues was so patient and helped out with my son's phone until the problem was solved. She was great. I really appreciated all her help.

Had a great experience at this location this week. I went in because I wanted to buy my mom a new phone. The young man who helped us was so patient with us especially with my active 2 year old.. I believe the associates name was Ivan. He even noticed my moms phone plan was outdated and helped us by getting her to 5g! Will definitely be back to see Ivan for any future visits!

I had a horrible customer service experience tonight feb.17 at 7:44 pm the salesperson is really rude to us she didn’t offer to sale the phone case & screen protector I had to request her to sell it to us & I think if my husband didn’t ask her to put on the phone screen she wouldn’t do it,she said the sale for the phone is final in a rude way then she started talking to her co worker in English thinking I didn’t speak & understand English saying to her I think we will not be closing the store in time.my husband & I were talking in Spanish to her I feel so discriminated when I said thank you to her in English she didn’t even respond to me not even “you’re welcome” this is such a terrible customer service I am never returning to this location again she is so unprofessional & uneducated.

leslie is terrific: i wish every store i have been to had a service representative like leslie. i am not technical, so i need all the help i can get. leslie provided ll the help i needed and much, much more. she went above and beyond. leslie is knowledgeable patient, considerate and spent over an hour helping me. after i got home i had some problems, so my caregiver went up to the store 3 times to do trouble shooting. leslie was excellent in handling things. she was always tolerant and cheerful. and, she always knew exactly what to do. leslie is an accet to metro pcs. you are fortunate to have her as as employee. she gets my highest praise.
