Legacy is amazing!! We were having a very irregular Prius hybrid battery alarm issue. They went above and beyond to avoid wasting my money before they were CERTAIN that replacing the battery pack was the right option. Really appreciate their trustworthiness and overall high level of service.

This place is amazing. Came here on Memorial Day. Not sure if they would be open. But they were! Already excited. They saw the issue with my tire and brought my vehicle in right away. Quickly quick service by Alonzo and his crew. Very friendly. Great guy. Wish this business, him and his daughter's in college to all be successful. Great time chatting with you . So grateful they were able to help me out today.

Exceptional service! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car quickly, and the price was fair. I appreciate their honesty and transparency throughout the process.
I'll definitely be returning for all my future car maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

Alonso is the most honest mechanic and has saved me so many times I have honestly lost count. Most recently he did a radiator replacement and was able to get me the car back quickly the same day. He has always been reasonable and flexible, though sadly (for me) he no longer works on the weekend. I see some negative reviews on Yelp but never ever has Alonso and his crew let me down.

Decide to try out this auto repair shop base on Yelp's star rating for a no crank/no start. Call and was quoted $199.00 to diagnose the problem. Vehicle was towed to shop on Monday (7/19). Day and a half later, receive a call that it's ready to be pick-up. Total cost is $510.00. Ask why it cost so high? Reply that he had to remove the exhaust manifold to get access to the starter. Why didn't I receive a call for the additional cost or authorization? When down to pick-up vehicle. Upon paying $460.00 bill, receive a $50.00 discount for being a Nam Vet. Drive vehicle home and didn't use it on Thurs. On Friday, when down to San Jose and while driving back. The check engine light came on. Shop was close on the weekend. On Monday, took it in to have it check out. Pull a code P0171, which means that "System runs too lean (Bank 1). I never had this problem with the check engine light. He said if you want to leave it here, I'll check it out. I can't trust this shop to work on it. It pass smog two and a half weeks ago. Now I have to find a reliable and honest auto repair shop.

The BEST! Alonso is honest and goes above and beyond. He has helped me with multiple car issues and explains in detail everything he does and gives me a price break down. I really feel so confident and comfortable knowing he's going to take good care of my car and I'm not being ripped off or scammed.

I loved how Alonso treated me and my car. My air conditioning wasn't working.. The previous mechanic said that it could be the compressor, and it would be expensive, so I spent one year with no AC. I took it to Legacy and they repaired it in less than one hour and, saying that it was a simple electric issue. Alonso explained everything to me really patiently, in a way that I could understand. I'll go back soon for more repairs
