“Kim is wonderful! Her services, both cleaning and alterations, has always been perfect! She also seems to really care about her customers and goes above and beyond with her service. I go a little out of my way to use this business because it is absolutely worth it!”

“Adding one star to my prior review. First time here since the new management. The mean old lady seems to be gone, replaced by two very friendly young people. Prices are great (still got the new introductory rate). No problems with the jacket I got cleaned. Be aware that there is a $10 minimum for credit cards. Will return.”

“I've visited this place a couple times and the owner is super kind and quick to answer questions and help me out. I've hemmed a couple pants there so nothing too fancy but just what I needed.Service: Alterations”

“Un muy Buen Lugar para lavar. ESTA siempre limpio por las personas que trabajan alli.TO THE OWNER: there is a restaurant next to your laundry. You shouldn't let this lady wash her dirty towels at this location because the greasy odor from the towels sticks to the dryers and when we take our clothes out of the dryers; they smell like kitchen towels. This odor won't go away even if we use drysheets.2nd: There is not a bathroom or a sink to wash our hands.3rd: some people use vinegar to do their laundry. It shouldn't be allowed because the odor sticks to the washers.4th. I have noticed that some washers and dryers were altered by someone. Let say that a wash cycle is suppose to last "30 minutes" I set the alarm for 30 minutes but I came back 15 minutes earlier and I noticed that the cycle was about to finish . I was like what the ... Is going on with this washer..5ft. There should be a phone number to contact the owner.”

“I use Roy's every 3-4ish months to clean a set of wool dry clean shirts, have always been satisfied.Recently used them to mend a torn wool jacket - a good 2 inch tear - the fix was well done and clean! It was a unclean tear, and thus a challenge, but Roy's was able to do a great job at fixing it up, as much as anyone could reasonably expect given the situation. The man typically running the desk is always kind and efficient. I hope Roy's is around as long as I am.Services: Special care fabric cleaning”

“Nice people. Solid work. I had a couple down jackets that needed to be cleaned after a camping trip and they came back with zero evidence of campfire.Never taken anything else there since I'm new to the area but I will in the future.”

“If you can find parking it's a great little laundromat. The machine's most of them are older there's a lot of new ones but they all work great the dryers were great and it's a chill atmosphere. I stand out like a sore thumb there cuz it's a Hispanic neighborhood LOL, everybody's always so nice. Give them five stars but getting a hold of the owner is impossible because there's not a number and I've had a few issues so I never got my money refunded but they know it's only a couple bucks but still he can't get ahold of anyone that works there. I've listed is disconnected.”

“Great overall experience! Service: very friendly service with a genuine smile! She gave me some advice on a small hole in my jacket sleeve (you'll still see it after a repair so best to skip it since it's small!) Hours: great hours, open late enough to make it after work! Price: moderate. ~$40 for a jacket, two piece suit, and a short dress. Quality: good! Neutral smell, nicely packaged, and clean garment. However there were 2-3 animal hairs in the dark suit that easily brushed off but this is the reason for missing star. Overall: I'd return for convenience and good service! Gets the job done.”

“Haven't written a review in a while and decided my new dry cleaner was the best way to dabble back into Yelp. The son and his mom that own this place are great and super friendly. He always remembers my name and exactly what I brought in - he even remembered randomly that I didn't pick up a white shirt in over a month. It was there because he offered to try to clean it again after a hard stain wouldn't come out in the first go. Pricing is reasonable and I feel like the cleaning and service is a lot better than my last place. Parking is easy right next to the door and it feels safe and clean.”

“I meet the owner his name is Jeff I think I forgot his name but he's a cool dude we talked a long time while he was sweeping the place and cleaning while I was washing and folding cloths. We both run small businesses and talked about how expensive everything is in California right now !! Any ways I love this place the machines work good and I'm thankful for a laundry mat really close by. I seen the other Yelp review about bleach being in one of the washer machines ? How can we check to make sure there is no bleach in the machines ? Before this happens again? Any ways I love this place all the machines do there jobs”

“New owner keeps cleaner than previous owner. Prices have increased- all washers now take dollar coins, though they still accept (many) quarters. Change machines give quarters and dollar coins.”

“My washing machine broke. I often get a quick lunch at Karlita's next door, so I knew about this laundromat. I checked out the reviews but decided that I would try it anyway because I knew I could: 1) park close to the door (I had multiple bags of dirty laundry), and 2) eat at Karlita's while I waited. I was pleasantly surprised! The place was empty on a Monday in the late morning. I met a nice woman inside and asked her (in Spanish) which machines were best (the newer Speed Queen's - one is huge and it took only about 25 minutes for a wash cycle - $7.50/load). The wifi connection for the credit card wasn't working but I had some money and they have a bill changer on the wall. I also brought my own detergent. Everything was clean and I will likely be back again very soon as it's going to be a while before my machine gets fixed.”
