Multiple complaints filed regarding the filling of prescriptions in a timely manner . Never resolved . Have gone 3-5 days without a medication that is supposed to be taken daily. Despite ordering early it never gets filled in a reasonable amount of time.

These guys are pretty bad. I just left the Pharmacy I got a phone call from the pharmacist who checked me and my prescriptions out. Turns out she didn't give me all my meds and left it on the counter. This medication is a narcotic and is a high value and she couldn't load up my meds in te bag. Unbelievably lax. Now they want me to come and get it.

It's kind of difficult to find, but once I was there, customer service was on point and the line wasn't long at all. I also found a secret entrance on Veterans blvd that got me right where I needed to be without walking all the way around the building! Score!

I came here for an injection. asked the front desk about my appointment. she pointed me to another building. I went thru a large constrction site, got into the that building, but was told I have to go back to the first building...... when I came back, exactly the same staff told me there are two addrresses on the appointment I have to click the map, zoom in to find the location....... why there are two addresses for an apponitment any way? why she did not look at my appoitment carefully? it took me half an hour going back and forth. fortunately an old gentleman helped me direct me to the correct location.

I’m a SoCal member and traveling to Bay Area. Forgot my medications at home. Came in and explained my situation. They were wonderful! I was in/out in 10-15 minutes. So easy! Staff very friendly. Thank you! Love Kaiser!

I came here with a family member who was in need of urgent care. She had been battling pain for a couple of days and needed to go to the emergency room. I dropped them off and then parked. As I was making my way towards the entrance where I left them, One of the workers came out to meet me. He asked if I could be helped by him and I said that I was here with my family member. He then rolled his eyes and told me that the emergency room was packed and that there was a potential for infection as there was a high case of Covid patients. I thanked him for his concern and stood outside to communicate with my family member via text message. What makes this a one star review is the fact that two new people walked into the emergency room, and this worker did not speak to them or stop them or even meet them outside as they were walking in. I understand that the workers have to do their job to prevent the spread of any type of sickness, but I think it is important to be consistent across the line. Someone might think that what he did to me as opposed to what he did to them is discriminatory. There were other people who went in after me and I found it a little uneasy that he allowed them to at least get into the entryway and he made an appointment to meet me outside to stop me. Again, I understand that he needs to do his job as do the other people but consistency is key. On another note, if there is a high risk of Covid infection, would it not make sense to go back to the protocols of extending the emergency room to the parking lot? Anyway, none of this makes sense to me. The hope is my family member is treated, and treated with respect while I am not in there to advocate for them. When I told my family member that I was not allowed to go in, they found that rather odd because they were not stopped the same way that I was. Again, consistency. On a sidenote, workers were on break should not be in the front of the hospital on their cell phones. It looks bad. And if these workers are going in and out of the emergency room, should they not be in a place where they can prevent the possible spread of anything? I doubt that disestablishment will read this because of how large of a business it is, but I thought I would put it here anyway just so people know.

Terrible, long wait times. Wasted my time for 40 minutes only to tell me my ID isn't the right kind cause it doesn't have a bar code on the back.Avoid Kaiser at all costs.

Was told it will take 10 minutes to get my prescription. 25 minutes later still waiting. Double checked if they had me in the system and the lady sounded annoyed that I'm asking. Don't tell me 10 minutes and get annoyed at me if 25 minutes later you still haven't gotten it ready. Just provide me with the correct information in the first place.

The doctor was awesome however, the nurse was about as heartless as nurse Ratchet! I hope I never have to go through her ever again...such a rude woman!

Trying to understand why my co pay has gone up so much. I just don't understand. This place is pretty clean, lots of foot traffic. The doctors are great. I think they just have too many patients to really give you accretions care.

Great system! Very convenient and efficient although the service counters are very close together you can still see and hear the other patients visits unfortunately but it's pretty company area with the amount of patients they serve. At least a dozen seats for you to sit.
