The doctor was awesome however, the nurse was about as heartless as nurse Ratchet! I hope I never have to go through her ever again...such a rude woman!

Trying to understand why my co pay has gone up so much. I just don't understand. This place is pretty clean, lots of foot traffic. The doctors are great. I think they just have too many patients to really give you accretions care.

The customer service is unfreakingbelievably HORRIBLE! ER...please...hope to God you're not dying because they DO NOT GIVE A CRAP about anything!!!
