Our car's floors were saturated with water from a leak. J&J (Jose) did a terrific job removing the water and cleaning/drying the rugs to look like new. Additionally, they took time to find the cause of the leak (from a plugged drain in the sunroof). Highly recommend for their excellent work, honesty, reasonable/fair pricing, and quick turn-around time.

This is a shop that has been in business for many years, I would safely say over 40 years. Ownership has changed a couple of times, but the quality of the work is Excellent. I read a couple of one star reviews and they were about the engine being steam cleaned, and they had some problems. Yes when you put pressured water in the engine compartment, you can ruin a couple of things, but for the most part usually nothing happens. After many years of going else where, I sent a vehicle there the other day for detail, and was very impressed with the quality of the work that was done. These guys only do detail, so they know what they are doing, unlike other shops that do a combination of things, mechanical, body work etc. I highly recommend this place, just know what might happen when you wash an engine before you get it done.

My engine bay has not looked as good, since it was brand new.The work was done on time and as promised. The technician showed concern regarding the wires and distributor cap getting wet, although there was no problem at all starting the car. Be aware of this could be a problem for your car, but certainly was not for mine. There is a product called wire dryer, if you have any concerns before your engine bay is cleaned, you may want to consider stopping by a auto parts store and purchasing a can. Also underneath the car looks great and we were able to identify a rear main seal leak that was due to improper installation during a clutch installation. I would definitely use J and J again.

They threw water on my battery and even blamed me !! My car got the light to check the engine access and it is not starting. I'll never be back and I won't recommend it to anyone.

Service was excellent I was referred to them by Francisco at California auto detail. They were very busy but still got me in on the same day. My engine and undercarriage look excellent and my car was a nightmare had been leaking oil for 5 years. Finally got it fixed. Engine Bay looks brand new.

i own an off road truck..it is driven hard and usually comes back from baja in very bad shape..scratches from the brush and if anyone knows anything about baja dust and mud it stains everything..the team made my truck look new again,,,FLIPPING UNBELIEVEABLE..they steam cleaned the motor and it looks as if i just put a new motor in it.. I wish to heck I would have taken a pic of the before and after..they will get all of my cars trucks and buggies.. the price was right I felt bad and gave them an extra 50 bucks I should gave them 100...im that impressed.. A huge thank you to the team at J&J auto.. I still cant believe they got all the baja stripes buffed out..chapparall brush is very unkind to flesh and painted surfaces..next time I will post a before and after..

I wish I could give no Starr's!! Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with an Auto business. I brought my car in to the dealer for a standard 90k check up. They noticed rat poo in my engine ( it's more common than you would think). I brought it to J&J who promised to steam my engine as soon as I drove the car off the lot my check engine light went on and the engine started stalling out basically un-drivable. I brought the car back to the dealer and they found water soaked in the speak plugs and springs. It cost me $1000 to get it fixed. When I confronted them about it they got extremely aggressive and finally offered me $300 for which was less than a third of our total out of pocket expenses. Run as fast as you can from this place!!

J&J auto detailers did a a fabulous job steam cleaning the top and bottom of my car engine after a major oil leak due to a failed gasket. They did the work immediately and it was done in 1 hour for a very reasonable price. This stopped the engine from smoking due to all the pooled oil. The engine was super clean after their work and the car drove noticeably better. Would highly recommend their services both because of quality and professionalism and not many others perform this service.

Was booked for my husband for Fathers Day to have his truck detailed. They cancelled the initial appt because it was raining and then didn't show up for the rescheduled appt despite confirming it 2 days prior. Never returned our messages concerning the missed appt , my husband ended up cleaning it himself!
