Excellent customer service, Hector recognized me from a few months ago coming back to recharge my battery and his manager approved a new battery replacement on the spot. Extremely grateful for customer service that goes above and beyond to help you solve your problems especially one that you have to deal with on a daily basis when commuting to work.

5 star customer experience. Treated like a human, transparent pricing (quoted a final price on the phone before arriving), employees offered to test my battery to ensure it was bad before replacing, and replaced my battery same day.

Just adding to the 5 star experience with this business. Dina (hopefully spelled correctly) is impressively knowledgeable in her trade and honored the warranty on my truck battery. I have purchased many types of batteries from Interstate. Truck, RV, Marine, the tiny round batteries and even picked up a couple of portable flashlights. We are lucky to have this business so close to home. Go here. You won't be disappointed.

We have discovered the perfect battery shop for our family! A huge thank you to Mike V for going above and beyond for my family and me during the battery replacement process. From the moment I made the initial call to inquire about the specific battery I needed, to the moment Mike assisted in the installation alongside my brother and grandpa, the experience was exceptional. When you buy a battery from here just make sure it’s a new up to date battery I bought one and notice they kept putting stickers over the old ones so it was sitting on the rack for a while over a year going on 2 be careful !!! if we pay full price I’m expecting a new one not older one that’s been sitting on the rack or even better buy from Costco they move faster there I’m sure you will get a NEW one

Dropped in for a Watch battery replacement that was accomplished in under 10 minutes for under $10 and they were the only ones open on Monday. Can’t beat that. Should have checked here for my recent car battery replacement.
