I appreciate Castle. They were there for me when most insurance companies were cancelling policies on rental properties. I can always reach someone (a living human being) by phone or email. I've never had a claim, so I can't comment on aspect. I have recommended Castle to other rental property owners.5 STARS!

These folks are for real, friends. They provide personal service to make sure lenders get the endorsements they need. They respond to queries. The only thing I haven't confirmed is whether Honeycomb will actually pay for losses. But then I've never had losses and have been paying big insurance premiums for years.

After my current insurance broker told me I have to switch over to a non-admitted carrier for my building because no admitted carrier would insure me, I contacted Russ at Castle Insurance who was able to setup a policy for me at a great price with a reputable carrier.

My Agent, Robin Austin, worked tirelessly to correct totally erroneous and false information on the insurance inspection which was done shortly after I got my policy. If if were not for her I would have taken my business elsewhere. The only thing that I have been at all displeased with, regarding Castle, was the said "inspection". I don't know who they were or what qualifications they allegedly possessed but their knowledge of construction and real estate was sorely lacking. I had to spend hours taking pictures and providing information to refute their incompetent inspection. Robin then passed this information on to the chief inspector for Stillwater, and resolved the problem. I am highly impressed with her attention to spending what was no doubt a great deal of her time and effort to correct this issue.

We utilized this broker from 2015 until recently. Planning to never use them again based on the lack of assistance from their representatives, and quite frankly, underwhelmed by that experience. Had a large loss on the policy, and their response was that the carrier declined to renew the policy, and suggested we look at other brokers to avoid a lapse in coverage. No recommendation for other brokers given, no indication in their email that other companies had been solicited. Basically told us to go find a new carrier, words to that effect. By the way, to the business owner, in the event, you plan to reply to this review with some explanation or placating statement, do not bother. The email communications from your employee said all we need to know to never work with you again.

I currently have several types of insurance policies with Castle Insurance including rental/personal properties, automobile, and umbrella that I am confident I am getting a very fair value. The crew at the office is always responsive to my matters. I have only filed one claim on a rental property and it was resolved promptly. I always refer my friends and clients to Castle Insurance for I am confident that they be provided with quality service.

Theses people are a waste of time, I spent 30 minutes submitting all the information they require for 13 of my 25 properties on their website, the next day they say they only have 1 competitive company for Manufactured homes and completely disregarded the other properties I submitted. When I asked if they'd quote the properties that were not Manufactured they asked me to resend all the info again... NO THANK YOU YOU HAVE WASTED ENOUGH OF MY TIME...P.S. The broker I currently have has 4 companies that are competive for manufactured homes...

Russ Castle understood our insurance requirements and promptly provided a base price and alternative pricing for things that he carefully walked us through. We signed-up with Castle and, even though there were after-the-fact fee-related issues with the insurance company, as an independent agent, Russ honored his initial proposal.
