I purchased a $7400 custom sectional from them after a couple friends purchased couches from them years ago that have held up very well.
Something must have changed. I received the couch and one of the cushions was significantly softer and less firm the rest. They did their best to rectify the situation which I appreciate...
However in this process I ended up taking the bad cushion and a "good" cushion as a reference to an upholster to see if I could get just get it fixed fast. From that professional I learned that the material used in their products is a very poor grade and definitely nowhere near the high end price they're asking. I would have been better off buying a significantly cheaper couch at Ashley Furniture. And I'm not saying this hyperbolically, the quality of stuff inside is very poor!
If you think you're paying a premium for quality.. you're not. If you're looking for something that will last and are willing to pay for it walk past this store.

We love Harvest! We got our dining table, chairs and custom bench from them three years ago and more recently a beautiful sectional sofa. Their space in RWC is wide open and staff will allow you to browse without pressure or interruption, but are happy to answer questions. The quality and design of their furniture really can't be beat.

Ordered a custom couch and we've had it for 3 years now. They initially delivered a couch where the skirt wasn't lined up neatly where it should be so they took it back and made a new one for us which was great. However the new couch cushion started sagging quickly where you can feel the bottom wood of the couch. Really disappointed since we paid for the extra gel cushion and you can't even flip the cushion over. Spent over $4k and regret it.

Loved my experience shopping here. I saw a piece of art on a friend's wall, she told me she got it at Harvest, so I called and paid for it on the phone, they gave me 20% off, we came to pick it up and it was ready to go. Once there we saw another piece we liked and got that one too. Fast, friendly service. Cute decor!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Noelli at Harvest to purchase a sectional for my new apartment. The Harvest showroom is beautiful. I was able to try out some sofas, pick the fabric I liked, and design a new sectional shape. It was all custom, yet still had the fastest lead time and ship time. Noelli was great to communicate with and kept me updated on the progress of my sectional and shipping times. If you need a custom couch, definitely use Harvest!

Great business. Awesome customer service and excellent product. Went there while on a trip, to San Carlos from Los Angeles, on purpose. Local Bay Area Family highly recommended them and we couldn't find a reasonably price quality couch that we liked anywhere. Showroom was nice and had a lot of options on display. They were super patient and knowledgeable and we knocked it out in a day. Chose shape, size, fabric and fill. Couch was custom made and even completed and delivered ahead of schedule down in la. Can't praise enough especially in a time where customer service seems to be a lost art. Thank you ladies, we love the couch.

Michelle is wonderful to work with! Very patient with me while I decided on the living room and dining room furniture. She drew up inspiration posters to help me visualize the what everything would look like. Worked with me on timing as our floors were being installed. Super reasonable prices. Will definitely be my go to place in the future

I have been dealing with Michelle Camorlinga: Store Manager of Harvest in Redwood City since September of 2018. Michelle helped us design/build and order a custom built sofa sectional.She has been marvelous to work with. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and caring in her dealings with us. The sofa sectional was delivered in January of 2019, and is simply beautiful.Throughout of time owning the sofa sectional Michelle has returned cushions that needed more duck down filling. She has always taken this responsibility with a smile and a YES. No additional charges to usFebruary of 2021, I contacted Michelle and informed her that there was a problem with the cushions needing more fill and part of the chaise needed to be repaired. Without hesitation she answered YES and contacted a trucking company to pick up the aforementioned items sending them back to the manufacturer.The trucking company arrived a few days later and picked up the items for delivery to the Los Angeles area.Yesterday the trucking returned the pieces, reinstalled everything with a white glove delivery. Wow! Furthermore no additional charges afforded us!If you are looking for a sofa sectional, home decor, items that are different and unique, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE VISITING HARVEST FURNITURE.Michelle and her associates will take very good care of you.
