Current customer, been so for years. Commercial insurance is hard to change once a policy is written. Near impossible to get in touch with someone at the office, you either need to ALWAYS leave a message or someone answers to transfer you to an extension and you have to wait for a callback.. After an auto accident, my insurance claim was originally denied, and Gordon Insurance went above and beyond to support my appeal and get the claim approved. It's rare to find a service company where customers truly come first... kudos to David and his team for caring about the client! Can't say enough good things!
