I arrived late at night and, unfortunately, the booking site messed up my reservation.
Fortunately however, Renee was working the front desk and was possibly the most helpful hotel employee I've had the pleasure of working with. She went way above and beyond to help me try to resolve the issue with the booking company, and then went the extra mile again to help me get a room for the night for some much-needed sleep. Her help turned what was initially a frustrating situation into a relaxing, comfortable night's sleep. Which is exactly what I really needed!
The location is convenient and the rooms are well maintained and comfortable. I was impressed with the water pressure and hot water, as those aren't a given at many hotels. I will be staying here again the next time I pass through the area.

The best budget hotel in the Bay area. Great location, clean and modern rooms. Really nicely designed bathroom with amazing water pressure. Nothing really to complain about. And the price is very reasonable considering all above!
I really wanted to give all 5 stars, but the key card situation is just a nightmare, they get de-magnetized so easily. You can be very careful about keeping the them far from the phone, but accidentally once in a while you grab the card and phone together to get out in a rush, just one second, the key is gone. I've asked them to repgrogram my keys 3 times in a 10 day stay..

I had a very unsatisfactory experience at this motel. Upon arrival, I was left waiting outside in the cold with no proper greeting, as the receptionist checked me in from behind a closed window. The room was poorly maintained—dirty and missing basic amenities like soap. It also lacked necessary furnishings, including blankets and any storage for clothing.
I tried addressing these issues with the staff, but the contact number was non-functional, and the receptionist was both unhelpful and dismissive. Her uncooperative attitude only added to my frustration, particularly during late-night interactions.
Unfortunately, the motel failed to resolve any of my complaints. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you expect cleanliness, functioning amenities, and courteous service.

Wat een fijn hotel! Ruime, schone kamers. Goede bedden, warme douche met sterke straal. Zeer vriendelijk geholpen bij de receptie. De borg is snel teruggestort. Hotel ligt langs de snelweg, dus logisch dat je dat hoort. Oordopjes meenemen als je dat teveel geluid vindt.
Het zwembad is groot met ligstoelen eromheen.

Have a friend moving while waiting for house to close he is staying in a handicap room just like home he is very happy with the hotel.
Noteworthy details: Handicap rooms very nice. All the grab bars coffee maker stove kitchen all good

Unfortunately, the hotel steals personal bags. I tried to communicate with a manager to help me prove that I took out my bags from the hotel, but they refused, which only confirmed that fact. Also, the manager accused my wife when she lost a phone and asked to check the camera. They refused to check the camera, but she found it on a floor near the pool without any scratches.
If I’m able to resolve this, I’ll update my comment.

A good affordable accommodation. Perfectly ok room.
Rooms: Large rooms with good beds. Change towels every day.
Food & drinks: Only 1 minute to walk to Ihop. Tell us you're staying at the hotel and you'll get a 10 percent discount.

Do not recommend there was bugs in the bathroom sink and around the door. That is very nasty.

I would absolutely stay at this property again. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, work space was more than adequate. Liked having a mini-fridge in room. The staff was very friendly and attentive! The room price was entirely reasonable, for this geography. The only downside I found was there was no place in the room to hang up clothes? Perhaps add a pull out hanger device, to the wall? Plenty of space to do so.

Rooms: Had people above us walking at 3 am. Dog barking constantly. Even though hotel said no dogs registered.

Hotel is older and rooms are larger.... for the price not bad. The ammenitiies for the W/D can be tough. The stipulations to stay an extended period can be tough,too. For some reason, 3rd party reservations are hard to manage and resolve efficiently. General Manager is great to help and always appreciative of the service.... he is a blessing in disguise. Just not sure where the problem starts w the 3rd party reservation and why not resolved easier and with less turmoil. Tough times w this.
