Top notch service. No reason to use anyone else. Fast response and were able to replace within 48 hours. Handled insurance for me. Pros came to the house to replace. Took roughly an hour. And the glass installed is top notch. Some instances you want/need OEM glass which they did. Ask them about OEM vs aftermarket if you don't know what this means.

Triple Ace just completed the third auto glass repair we've needed in the last couple of years, and they went above and beyond as usual. Our daughter's car had a broken window and initially Brian was told by suppliers that replacement windows wouldn't be available for 1-1 1/2 months, not great news in the rainy season! Brian went the extra mile and worked to track down a replacement window within just a couple of days. What a relief. Of course the work was done very professionally, cleanly and ASAP. I wouldn't call anyone else, you can't go wrong with Triple Ace.

I switched my insurance claim to Triple Ace after an annoying experience with another installer. Brian and his team did a great job, and had my back window replaced within the day. I'd use them again any time.

We had the unfortunate experience of having to replace the windshield a few months ago and now the side window. Both times they did a great job of replacing the glass on the following day that we initially called. We have had no issues with either replacement. Communication was good and they worked with our insurance company. I highly recommend Triple Ace Glass.

Excellent service and communication, let me know if there were scratches in the glass they had ordered and would just reschedule for the next day. Install was less than half an hour and only paid the $250 deductible.

We just moved into a new house and among the kinks we discovered in settling in was that several windows were incredibly hard to open and close. The seller had provided us no information on the window installer or a warranty, so I started contacting window/glass companies in the area to see if they could help out. No one was willing to repair a window. They all wanted to sell us new windows, which seemed ridiculous, not to mention expensive. Then I found Golden Bay Glass. What a wonderful local company! Within a week or so of me first reaching out, a Golden Bay Crew member came out -- and voila! windows now work perfectly. Thanks so much, Golden Bay Glass. I can't recommend them enough.

Wow, fast, efficient and very professional. Oh, and funny too. A couple of weeks ago I came home at 1am and found glass all over my couch. I couldn't figure out where it had come from until I opened the vertical blinds. Big hole in my window. I live near the Elks Club Golf Course and someone got a bit over enthusiastic with their driving. I found a yellow golf ball. After calling another glass company and having them call the wrong phone number twice and not being able to set up an appointment, I called Golden Bay. Someone came out and gave me an estimate which I submitted to my insurance company. They came out today and put in the new window. I had a window (yeah I know, no pun intended) of between 10am and noon and they were here at 10:02. I would recommend Golden Bay for all of your glass needs.

I developed a large crack in my windshield this week. Triple Ace was one of the businesses that State Farm recommended. Brian was very responsive. There was a small delay due to supply chain issues but Brian kept me well informed. Mike came out and replaced the windshield today. Mike was on time, professional and did a great job with the replacement. And he did not mind all my questions about the process! The whole thing was very smooth and all I had to do was pay for the deductible. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future if needed.

I ordered two small pieces of glass. I thought that the quote they gave me was high but I had no time to shop around, so I agreed to it. When I went to pick up the order, they told me it was half of what I was quoted. Very honest people and I much appreciate that!!

What an impressive business. I had been to four glass places that wouldn't touch my project. I needed to get glass cut for a light fixture because the original piece of glass broke. Not only were they able to take on the project but they cut the piece of glass while I waited and then refused to charge me. This is the type of business I want to frequent and will highly recommend to my friends!
