In response to Victor's reply to my Yelp review. Now Victor claims he torqued the lug nuts to 100lbs and not the 150 spec dictated by Ford. And Victor further claims that the reason I heard the torque wrench click was because it was at 100lbs. This is NOT TRUE. I saw with my own eyes the tech set his torque wrench to 150 ft lbs. But let's say Victor is correct - which he is not. Then he used a non-factory torque setting after I specified setting it to the factory spec. Victor loses not matter which way you look at it.Victor claims there is nothing he can do to make me happy. That's right. How you make someone happy when you operate against company specs and you have the ability to do otherwise.Victor asks why I didn't mention my problem at the time. This is because the previous time I interacted with Victor on a different matter I wanted nothing more to do with him. I just wanted to come in and get a quick patch on a tire and get out of there. it's that simple. Notice that Victor keeps adding additional info from his original reply. Every time he gets trapped by his own argument he changes his story. My story has remained consistent and never changed.

My employer, Western Allied Mechanical trusts Five Points and Victor for all of our fleets needs. Every time I've had to bring in my truck in, they jump right on fixing it. I've never had an issue with any of their repairs. I only wished I lived closer so I could bring my personal vehicles here.

My family has been going to Five Point Tires since I was a kid. Victor being the new owner over the years, hasn't stopped my family from coming here. I recently had my smog done and Victor did it right away and I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. My brother also ordered special tires for our dune buggy. The sizing was not on the tire, so Victor was kind to help with the measurements so we could get the right tires order. The tires came in quickly and were installed immediately. Thanks Victor and Five Point Tires for always coming through!

This is my go to place for all of my vehicle needs. I get my smogs, oil changes, tires, and all my mechanical repairs done here. There isn't anything they can't do! I highly recommend them. The owner Victor definitely runs a quality shop!

Been coming here a long time, but we are done. Feels like every time you go in for service, they just want you to go away. I'm not sure what has happened, but everyone seems disgruntled there. Maybe it has something to do with the woman working the desk/phones who is beyond a bitter human being. Rude, condescending, curt. Very sad as Viktor has always done good work for us. It was a good run, and I hope this place finds its footing again.

I go to Five Points Tire Importd for everything that my car needs. The staff is friendly and take the time to inform me on what my car needs. I have been going to Five Points Tire Imports since it opened and will continue to have my vehicle serviced there. I highly recommend going to Five Points Tire Imports. You will not be disappointed!!

I’ve been coming to FPT/Victor for 10+ years now. My cars include an Audi, several Bentleys, a couple Ferraris and a Lambo. Victor has always been fair, transparent, explanatory and professional, unlike most other shops that would see someone driving up in a nice car and immediately quote higher prices! I prefer FPT over the car dealer’s services!As I read some of these negative reviews, it reaffirms my view of humanity: when some people don’t get what they want, even when it’s indisputably unreasonable/ridiculous, and then leave idiotic negative reviews, they resort to public complaining. Don’t give them any credence and go see FPT/Victor!

It's not appropriate to debate the comment and my service history in a public forum so I'll respond directly offline. Despite the rationale you provided, Victor, a quote of $65 on the phone then an additional cost of $185 upon arrival is what I have an issue with. I do want to thank Michelle at 5-Point tire for taking the time to personally reach out to me via phone and her professional engagement. The quality of service historically has been good. My feedback is specifically around the customer service which I trust will improve.

This place goes above and beyond. I have come here for almost a decade with my cars. This visit they were able to get my tires ordered and in, same day. Offered to drive me home and pick me up so I wouldn't have to wait for my X5 special order tires. Such a nice crew and they do great work.

Kenny W. on Sept. 16, 2022 When you came in to drop off your corvette wheels and tires you bought from another business for mounting, it was because we were recommended by your friend. You said that if they don't offer to tape off the wheels, then leave. But you left them here for the service to be done. The mounting, balancing, tapping, weights, electricity, and employees, that all costs money. I'd say that $75.00 a tire was a great deal since you didn't feel confident leaving your freshly powder coated wheels in another shops hand to Mount. The price on our wall is the price you would pay if you bought your tires from us and wanted them mounted on new wheels. The wall price is also not set in stone as it says "plus"!! If you truly feel that wronged by us, you are welcome to call and talk with Victor our Michelle. One question I have is, why didn't you have them mounted at the shop where you bought them?

I had my tires checked for what I thought was some slow leak from a puncture. They checked and double-checked and found nothing. They didn't charge me anything. Polite staff, opened even before listed business hours. Thanks much!

Yesterday I brought my flat tire into this shop. They said I need replace the flat tire rather than fixing it. But today I brought the flat tire into American Tire. They spent 30 mins to fix this flat tire for free.

Overall Five Point hits it out of the parking lot mechanically . Meaning they know what they are dong and repairs are appropriate and well done . What i think Victor doesn't realize is that the general public doesn't trust mechanics and although he is honest he doesn't help his cause by being so short . Buddy i know you have a lot n youur plate but smile, say thank you for your business and kiss some babies. People will trust you and have confidence in Five Point
