As first hand experience of figure skates fitting and buying. I had no idea what skates were going to work. Lillian did a great job with sizing, fitting, and overall service. She took the time to make sure that I was confident with my purchase.
Terry on the other hand was sharpening blades from skaters. Lillian and Terry’s interaction with their customers were welcoming and overall genuine. I felt confident in my purchase. I will come back here to sharpen my blade when it’s dull.
The skates are so much better than rentals. I swear, the fit was amazing. Unfortunately I couldn’t skate on the ice due to classes and practice, but I can’t wait to try it on the ice.

I was there today for Ice skates fitting. I had an awesome experience in general! I love how personalized their services are. Lilian took the time from measurement, gait analysis to thermo molding my chosen skates! I love it too that they got the skates I preferred when I informed them 2 days before my appointment. So I brought home my awesome at the same day of my fitting! One thing I noticed? Their prices are lower from my online search. And THEY don't try to sell things out to you. With that, I bought all the necessary skating apparels I need!!! Best is not yet over! Because You can always go back for readjustments, remolding/modifications and alterations for no time limit and no Charge!!!! how is that awesome! Well, for the normal and regular blade sharpening, they charge for a very reasonable price! How can't you give this awesome Figure Skating Pros a very high rating.... As well as tips. Thank you Lillian and Terri!!!! See you soon for my 30th-hour blade sharpening!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with these ladies. It was small and busy, but I felt well taken care of. I'm not the usual customer and I was scared there would be some judgement but there was none. They just tried to get me the right skates. I love my skates and the work that went into fitting them.

Teri Ann and Lilian are not only amazing at what they do but also go above and beyond (for example, I came in for a skate fitting and sharpening but also left with an improvement to my old skates, which were previously giving me foot pain).

Teri Ann and Lilian are absolutely amazing!! I had pain in my Achilles tendon due to my skates breaking down and the heel part being more bent over time, so I came in for a skate fitting. I was expecting to put in an order for new skates, but I was not expecting that they would also fix my old skates by straightening the heel area without any additional charge (as a complimentary service since I had ordered skates with them). And I was so surprised that it no longer hurt to walk in my old skates after they straightened out the heel! They are clearly very knowledgeable--I do not think many people would have known about that solution. Teri Ann was also super meticulous with sharpening (I have paramount blades which are trickier to sharpen) and making sure that the edges were level. I'm super excited to try them out on the ice and would give Teri Ann and Lilian 500 stars if I could :)

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. Text the phone number on their website to schedule a fitting for new skates. This is one of the best places in California to have your skates sharpened.

My CCM skates had some decent nicks in them due to beer league hockey. I get players baseball sliding into me all the time. Terry did a beautiful job getting the nicks out and giving my blades a perfect sharpening. She also gave my girlfriend's older but very nice ($$$) figure skates a much needed sharpening as well. Well worth the trip from the San Jose area and we will be back for her expertise next time. Thank you so much!
