They broke my precious items when they packaged them! You need to stay and watch them package your things before sending otherwise they will do whatever necessary to make it fit.

David, the manager of the FedEx store in Redwood City, went above and beyond to ensure that my artwork was successfully delivered to my customer. Unfortunately I had to change the date of the insured package requiring a signature. This caused havoc and confusion. I, on my own ,was not successful in getting assurance from the FedEx corp. that the change would be made. David dogged the situation to make sure it happened. He even called to inform me when the package was finally delivered. I highly recommend this Fedex location for its excellent customer service!
