Horrible service, never answer the phone, has you waiting for more than 30 mins, appointments are made really far out. They have hella staff doing what just sitting on they a**. Oh but for gossiping number one clinic.

I will give this place zero starts if I had the option.. been on hold for 41 minutes just to get an appointment. You're better off going to the ER. Please don't even bother calling for make an appointment, you'll be on the phone for ever.

I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD- you can never reach anyone by phone, i've been calling for hours out the day for the last week and can't get a hold of ANYONE. very very SHITTY service. You're a damn CLINIC answer your phones or get a different job.

Good: - helpful staff and nurse. A few doctors are very diligent.Bad: - Calling them gets forever on hold. I called every hour, held for 15m, and needs to repeat days to finally got lucky.- Doctor turn-over is high. Get a doctor today, next month he/she's gone and you silently fell off the care list. No lab ordered, prescription stuck in approval.

Worst experience I've ever had dealing with my primary physician's staff. 10 days to get a TB test form filled out by my kids doctor. We'll be getting a new physician immediately! The physician was good, but the service is ridiculous. The thing that pushed me over the edge was the Snarkey attitude of the operator "Rhonda"! What a rude, disgruntled, horrible person! I can't imagine how much business she's already cost this medical group, or how much she will cost them in the future. I do know that her attitude cost them our business. If someone with a kind attitude would've explained why it takes 10 days to get a form signed and sent back to us, we'd still be patients of theirs. I'll also be contacting the County of San Mateo to let them know about this place. If you have any sense, keep your family as far away from this place as possible! They really don't care about people!

I understand that there are good caring workers at this facility, but those workers are few and far between. This has been the worst clinic I have ever been to in my life. The staff including doctors are rude and extremely disorganized. Also, the staff seems to never pick up the phone. I'm so confused on why the clinic states its hours as 8 am to 7 pm when I can't even get a call back.

If I could give them NO STARS I would. Every time I go in into OBGYN front desk is always so mad not kinky that but when I call the clinic km ALWAYS on hold for more then 30 mins, and times I've gone in for appointments the front desk is NEVER in the phone so why the LONG HOLD ??? And when they do answer they are always SO freakin rude!!! YALL NEED BETTER STAFFING if you don't like your job get a new one!

Great job to the supervisors or whomever is in charge! I've been trying to reach them the past 3 hours to no avail. Called 5x and waited over 20 min each time i called, still no one is answering. Our nurse tried calling and she couldn't get thru either. I bet there are multiple people available on the front desk purposely ignoring calls! This isn't acceptable. No supervision. Zero
