I went there to wash my RV (24x11 feet) and it perfectly fit. The self carwash worked fine.I also received I small towel and car parfume. Definitely a good service

Not clean.The gap under your door and trunk lid will not be cleaned. Definitely don't expect them to clean your rims. Your car will not be dry after the wipe down.All in all don't expect a clean wash. Added 1 star for the diy vacuum stations.

09-Apr - Dropping two finals stars as the air fryer units are no longer warning. Will not be back.Original - Dropping two stars for two issues that really suprised me. 1. They don't have credit card readers (we're in the 21st century team, need credit card readers with touchless payment technology) & 2 they don't have spot free water to clean the car off as the last step.

I do not like the car wash respond to existing clients . It look like always is the client mistake how they do it.Sir in normal car wash there never a problems at all. You are the main problem and you attitude.

It's was great there's pressure washers and also if you have pets there's a grooming station too and it's not too expensive to get your car washed.

DO NOT BUY A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION on a credit card unless you want to pay them for the rest of your life. Our daughter moved out of town and removed the car wash sticker with the ID# on it. We attempted to cancel the subscription and they refused to cancel because we did not have the subscription number. We are fighting with VISA to have it removed and Redwood City Express Car Wash has the gall to say we did not cancel. We are in a Catch-22 here.

Always come here to wash my car. It's a self service and also has a drive-thru service. 3 stars cause have the time in the self service either or the soap or wax is not working.

Saw a lady walking around without a mask on changing out the trash bins, i asked can you please put on a mask....no reply i asked a second time she stops looks at me with a nasty look and says "i dont need to, im the owner". Ok regardless if youre the owner or not youre putting people at risk its obvious you have zero consideration for anyone but yourself. Also the only hand spray booth that dispenses soap is the middle booth the other 2 dont dispense soap at all

I have a monthly pass and it is definitely worth having love that I can wash my car as much as I want whenever I want also they do a great job would definitely recommend it to my friends
