Robert was terrific to work with. Since picking up my car after it's repair, I find myself admiring the back quarter. I just picked the car up last week and I am really pleased so far at the repair. He did a spectacular job. I hope to not need body work on my car again anytime soon, but if I do I would not hesitate to bring the car back to Robert.

This is my third time taking my cars to Robert and his team. They are a family run business and give honest fair prices and do quality work. I've recommended my family and friends to this shop as well and they always have a positive experience. Robert took great care of polishing and fixing the scratches from a minor hit-and-run parking lot incident. The father and son team was very communicative and explained the different aspects of the repair. Can't say enough about the good work and honesty from a locally run business. They are good people doing honest work during this trying economy. Kudos to El Camino Collision.

AKA El Camino Auto Body are now my go to repair shop. My car was hit and I submitted the claim to State Farm. I looked at the reviews of SF's "select" body shops and saw at least one negative review for even the 5 stars. I called my regular mechanic who we've been doing business with for 25 years. He recommended Robert Moreno and his brother James. They accepted SF's "pocket estimate and then submitted an adjustment when the damage proved to be more extensive once the panel and bumper were removed. SF accepted their adjustment without question and they completed the work within two days. When I picked up the car they'd washed it and dusted out the inside ... it looked like it was new. Very professional outfit and they're our go to shop for any future Judy work

I have a 16 year old who is driving now, and he backed into another vehicle requiring a new bumper. We got a quote from another body shop for $1900. I have no doubt they would have done a perfect job, and if we were going through insurance, I would have used them. But because we were paying out of pocket, and because I have no doubt this will be one of many dents, I wasn't willing to pay two grand for this fix. I happened to be driving by Robert's place when I just pulled in for the heck of it. He quoted me $1200 because there was some damage underneath the bumper that required fixing, and he had the car back to us in two days. It looks fantastic! Robert also texted me throughout the process to keep me posted. He's a great communicator. Now my son will be working this debt off for quite some time, and I can only assume that Robert will be our new best friend these next couple of years!

Robert was recommended by my trusted mechanic. This place is a gem! My car got a lot of care and attention. I was there to correct some shoddy paintwork from a used car dealer to cover up some minor damage on my Infiniti. The job was more difficult than anticipated, because little did we know, the dealer glued the bumpers onto the mounts instead of properly mounting them! Robert fixed all this without complaint, and did it on time and within his estimate. He also got me a deal on factory made bumpers. The price was very good, and the finish on the paint matches the factory very well. I looked very carefully for orange peel, but the paint is very very close to a perfect mirror. My car looks like new!

I don't often leave reviews on Yelp. Robert and his team went above and beyond. I dropped by to repair a large scrape on the side of my car and I received an estimate within 15 minutes, which was significantly more affordable than estimates from two other auto body shops in the area. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and Robert gave me a call saying it was all finished that Friday (total of 3 days to repair). Other auto body shops said it would take 1.5 to 2 weeks for everything. Furthermore, Robert and his team also buffed out some older scratches, cleaned out my headlights, and made my car look great. Will definitely be recommending.

I was just sorting through some old papers and found Ramon's business card with my vehicle documents. It's 12 years old, but I had saved it because my memory of this experience was such a good one. Yelp wasn't such a thing back then, but as soon as I found it, I thought to look and see if they're still in business and... yes! I was living in a slightly sketchy partying neighborhood of the city at the time. Went out of town and returned to find my new car had been "partied" on. Apparently danced on--the top was dented :( I got some estimates and they were both expensive and required me to leave the car for a couple of days, so I thought I probably would have to live with it. I was working in the South Bay at the time, and somehow ended up coming here. Ramon took a look at the dents, got out a tool and sucked them right back up. I mean seriously--in minutes, it was almost like new. I asked him what I owed him and he absolutely refused to take any payment. Such a kind guy. I dropped by a few days later with some treats to say thanks, but Ramon, please know I and my beloved car always appreciate you for your kind gesture that day. I hope you receive all the great customers and business you deserve.

Bad repairs capability. They took over the deal and outsource to others. They created new damage to my car, which they couldn't fix. I have to look for the original dealer for further repairs. Highly disappointed.

I drove in here on a Friday morning, after being told at another local shop they had nobody to help me with an estimate... "come after 5pm", to get my F150 bumper and tailgate fixed after someone hit me in the Costco parking lot. Well Robert came right out, gave me an estimate that was under the insurance adjusters amount and told me I could bring the truck in Monday, which I did. Told me he thought they could get it done by Wednesday... which they did. Great service, fast and well done. It couldn't have been an easier process. Two thumbs up for El Camino!
