Got an item off the clearance shelf valentines day Hershey's chocolate. Expected a discount since it was more than a month past the holiday. was charged $5.99. when I got home, I looked to see what other stores were charging for the same size bag fresh Hershey's chocolate Most were $3.99. So I was charged $2 more for a supposed clearance item.

I still go here occasionally because it's the only market nearby. I got the chicken rice bowl for lunch one day and the rice was inedible, the chicken was okay but it was 13 dollars and the bowl was pretty small. When you go here it feels very up scale but the food isn't even all that great. Often times it'll be old, stale, or the prepackaged food will be over priced and really not worth it. There is a decent wine/beer selection and I love how it's usually not crowded but there is a reason why it's probably never crowded. It looks nice as you walk in and it's definitely useful in a pinch but unless you're exceptionally wealthy it doesn't make sense to go here more than once a couple months.

I have frequented this grocery store weekly since I moved here and have spent hundreds. My last trip there I was cornered by two cashiers who called the manager over. The manager came at me and said “you need to leave right now you’ve stolen from us 3 times, get out.” I clearly was in shock because I have never stolen in my life, and would never. I repeatedly stated that they must have the wrong person and I would never steal and I come there often. The manager continued to harass and embarrass me in front of customers to the point where I walked away, unloaded my groceries, and left crying. I was humiliated and extremely disappointed to be accused of being a shoplifter without even offering any type of proof or explanation. Will never be returning to this grocery store and the manager should be ashamed of committing such slander against a loyal customer.

I've Got bad food there 3 times now. Today the pre made rice was moldy. 6 months ago a piece of fish has gone bad. Last but not least a pre packed marinate beef smelt about a week too old. It was completely rotten and slimy. Smelt disgusting. So be careful

Fresh sushi made on site. The Maya in the butcher case looked amazing. Awesome drink selections on the back wall! Small store with a surprisingly big selection and super friendly staff. Ample parking, Wells Fargo, and a Starbucks in the same shopping center.
