Everything in the store is locked up behind a button, but when pressed no one ever shows up. We stood there multiple times, kept pressing the button, but to no luck. Next door Safeway is much much better choice

I would like to extend my heartfelt compliments to Vince and Lawanna, the exemplary customer service cashiers at CVS. Lawanna consistently demonstrates professionalism, always being cordial, polite, and incredibly helpful. Her consistency is truly commendable. Vince, with his constant smile and pleasant demeanor, makes every visit a delightful experience. Both Vince and Lawanna transform the typical retail interaction into a joyous occasion. Their exceptional service and model employee behavior are rare and highly valued, making CVS a wonderful place to shop.

There's a great lady there named Delilah. It didn't have the vitamins I wanted and she made it happen. She was great at what she did and she had a wonderful personality. Contrary to what other reviewers have stated, I have always had a good experience at this CVS. There is a line sometimes but I have never had to wait very long. The staff has been more than competent every time.

This CVS branch has the slowest staff in the entire Bay Area! You have to wait at least 10 minutes for the payment, even if you're the only client!

Don’t print your photos here. My photo came out extremely pixelated and discolored at this CVS location. There were orange ink smears in the white space. The staff kept blaming my original file and wouldn’t admit his printer is faulty. After leaving this CVS I sent the same file elsewhere to print and the photo came out perfect.

Should be 0 stars. Went to pick up a prescription, but it was not filled because the previous week we had the same prescription filled out of state and it was too soon. I came back 3 times waiting for it to be filled. The doctors office confirmed cvs received the prescription almost immediately following our appointment. Not once did a CVS employee explain that it was too soon to fill the prescription. Instead, they just said they didn’t have it yet. Awful waste of time.

Do yourself a favor and take the extra 10 minutes to drive to the Walgreens in SC instead. In the end you will be saving yourself time because the staff is useless and you they act like it is a nuisance to ask for help. Did I also mention that there is always a long line for checkout and they are understaffed?

UPDATED 8/26/23: so I'm back in the area and had to have my prescription transferred here unfortunately. The SAME GIRL the original review is about (finally got her name: SELENE) answered the phone and told me , after being on hold for 10 minutes, "I'm busy you have to wait until tomorrow!!" And HUNG UP ON ME!!! Who is she to say that I can wait for my medication that I NEED. Honestly shocked she even has a job still. You are working with people's medications you cannot act like this.Terrible experience today. I needed my prescription and I wasn't able to come until 1pm. I called ahead of time and they said as long as it's by 1:30 that's fine (they go on lunch at that time). I got there 1:10, waited in line and after 10 minutes the rude clerk in the red shirt said she was stopping at the woman in front of me, we got there at the EXACT same time. It was 1:20 at this time and I said I still have 10 minutes. She rudely told me to leave and I said no I'm waiting in line, I talked to someone and they said as long as it was by 1:30 it was fine. She kept rudely saying "ok thanks bye". Luckily the pharmacist (pretty Asian woman with blonde hair) told me it was fine and I could definitely be helped. It had me livid that the clerk had the nerve to do that to me. The pharmacist was very nice and helpful so that did turn the whole thing around but it was still unacceptable for the clerk to try to turn me away when I still had time. I was in the ER the night before and needed my medication in order to reverse inflammation in my lungs. And no I couldn't come back after lunch because I had to go to work. Really disappointed in today's visit.

The staff here is useless. I went in today 9/14 at 3:50 pm. I waited in line and was told it would take 10-15 mins. I waited 30 mins just sitting there while the pharmacists helped other people. I got back in line and was told to wait another 10 mins. I waited the 10 and went back to the counter. The ladies at the front of the pharmacy looked at me all confused as if I shouldn’t have been there. When I asked about my prescription they proceeded to ask me to wait another 10 minuets. Obviously I wasn’t going to do this. You asked me twice already and I’ve been here for 40 mins. I told them I’m leaving and they didn’t really care. They don’t care about you or their profession. I left at 4:35 without my medication and still in sharp pain.
