The team here were absolutely fantastic with my topper install on my RAM 1500, from the sales process through to installation and handover I felt 100% confident.The sales side involved giving a great outline of all the options, benefits, functions and the luxury bits if those are what you wanted - however at no time was it anything other than informational for me to make the right decision that fit what I wanted.The installation side involved a reasonable deposit, and clear timelines that were slightly pessimistic, which was great because the product arrived a week or so early, and it's always nice for little surprises. (If you ordered and somehow it was late, I would definitely not be blaming them, they did a great job of communicating good expectations with me)On day of installation they walked around the truck and took photos/videos of everything - I really appreciated this because again it ensured that we were all on the same page about what truck they received and what truck I got back. Made me confident that IF there were any issues that they would be resolved (ie I trust that they would use the video to highlight any issues, not just if I complained about something that wasn't their fault).Day of pickup involved a full walkaround of all the setup and inspection of all the parts - and then instructions on what I needed to do to tighten down bolts in a weeks time to ensure everything was on track, and a request to visit them again if there were any issues - again something after all my interactions with them I am confident they would be resolved (not that I have had any issues!)Ok, there you go, long reply that was not requested of me, just found myself looking at my truck after a month of having it and realizing how impressed I was and so I came in here to write this.Thanks Custom Truck team, i'll be sending people your way in the future!

I had a need for a simple fix on my 43 year-old Datsun camper top pickup. Ken was up front about his rate, had the necessary part in stock and offered me a time slot one week out (good timing). I had to push appt. out a week further, but work was done in one hour's time. Straight forward, good service.

The team at Custom Truck are top notch in both customer service as well as craftsmanship. I ordered a leer 180 and it came swiftly in 6 weeks. They washed my shelf prior to placing it on the truck, and did a great job installing the shell onto my truck. The team also informed me of the features on the shell once the shell was installed. Super cool bunch of people and highly professional. I recommend these guys over the competition 100%.

Want to pick out the right accessories for your truck? You have to come here. These guys help you pick out the right products that fit and make sure it's installed right. They even helped me fix something a different installer screwed up on my rolling bed cover. I wont be going anywhere else for my truck accessories!
