Located mid-peninsula but with unusual access.Housekeepin bservice leaves things to be desired.Things cut during covid have never come back and even things completely unrelated to the pandemic have disappeared. Meanwhile, room rates are the same or higher.

If you are expecting a Marriott experience this is not the hotel.We have issues since the check in, and we didn’t received any cleaning service at all until today.When we complain to the manager he suggested us to check out the hotel if we didn’t like the service in a rude way, instead of solve the issue it was evident he got mad because of our request for basic services as cleaning rooms. Today is Dec 31st and we supposed to be looking for a new hotel because this is more convenient to the manager.My recommendation, do not stat at this hotel if your are staying for more that 1 day.Rooms: Lack of cleaning services.Safety: They are having issues with the fire alarms.

Complete mess during check in process! I booked one room through Expedia, during check in process they told me that there were two rooms under my name but they cancelled them and booked a new room directly through Mariott. Later it revealled that they charged me for 2 rooms when i called them thay told me that i need to call Expedia there was nothing they can help me with. They called it misunderstanding during check in! On top of that she hanged up on me. Disgusting place with below zero service and incompetent people. Btw you won't find any single bottle of water in the room, they don't offer complimentary water and they charge for parking, $18 per night, in Redwood city.

The worst Courtyard by Marriott I’ve stayed in so far. The room is very basic, there are no amenities except for the body wash, shampoo, conditioner against the wall. In addition to cheap hand soap and 2 plastic cups. The bathroom is a plastic box, not comfortable at all.There is no water in the room, no breakfast included, as a Marriott Bonvoy Gold member I wouldn’t have thought that would be included.The “restaurant” is a cafe/bar with not much real food. The menu consists of a few sandwiches/ burgers for dinner. Extra snacks, microwaveable meals can be found in an area by the lobby.The room is very basic, no water (had to get a bottle from the front desk), there were no toothbrushes, no shower cap, no slippers, no shavers, no cotton buds - I’m used to Courtyard Marriott that have all these items in Asia. I did not think that US would not provide any of these comforts and at a much higher price too!I can’t believe the room rate $300 USD per night! Is there any better quality Marriott hotels for this price in the US?There is no food in the area, I had to get a Lyft out and even then the restaurants close at 8.30pm/9pm around here. In the end had to get 7-11 no choice. The area also did not feel safe, I didn’t want to go out again. It’s not walkable at all.

Typical Courtyard. Rooms are clean and spacious. No free breakfast, bistro is NOT open all day.

Wasn’t that bad but there are better choices in the area. Room was old. Safety is a bit concerning too. The room need to add an extra blanket as I caught cold while staying at this place due to the thin comforter.

Not safe, and poor communication. I had my car broken into while I was there and the hotel handled it terribly. Never once did they reach out to me to let me know what they were doing to try and handle the situation or even just ask me how I was doing. Absolutely zero communication from their end unless I initiated it first. The hotel and the police department in the area have both did nothing to resolve the issue.

I always thought getting a great hotel room meant paying big bucks. That changed when I found HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm Now, I get rooms like this without emptying my wallet, and it feels awesome.Generally a great experience! nothing bad to say. one thing that sucks is that there is only 1 bank of elevators, so if ur room is on the other side of the hotel, u have to walk all the way around to get to it. 24 hr gym! Super cute with all the necessities and a bit more.Awesome feature at the pool that i have never seen else where is the wheel chair lift, for disabled people to get into the pool and swim!!! Super amazing. Pool grounds are also very clean and well.designed, even though its a bit small.

One of the best and cleanest hotels in bay area. General manager Kazi Ahmad met us at the parking garage and found out that it's my birthday, he brought us to the front desk with him and asked the team for us to check in as a VIP guest, he also gave us free drinks from the bar as a treat, he was very nice and very kind person to deal with, his team was fantastic and easy to deal with. they also treated us with coffee in the morning, and made my birthday very special one. so glad we have booked with them. thank you so much for all the effort you made through out our stay, we will definitely be back soon.

The room was absolutely disgusting and not cleaned when I arrived. Bartender was rude. There was hair on the towels, a footprint on the sheets, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. It was absolutely disgusting.Person at the front desk said that they were understaffed so they gave me a room that hadn’t been fully cleaned.This is absolutely unacceptable for a Marriott property. I am expecting a refund and compensation, as I have never had this type of experience in my time as a Marriott rewards member. Do not visit this Marriott property.
