The 3-wire controller I was sent didn't work at all (would not light either set of lights), so I was sent a replacement, which didn't work either. One of the two channels was bad on the replacement, so no chasing effects, just one set of lights would light up. Support kept insisting I was doing something wrong even though I tested the voltage output, explained what was happening and even sent a video. They finally connected me to someone in support at the manufacturer, who confirmed what I had been saying all along and offered to send a replacement. I still have not received it, so I ended up requesting a refund and have since purchased and received the same controller on E-bay, which worked as soon as it was connected. So buyer beware, their support leaves a lot to be desired and seems to lack a basic understanding of electricity and how their products (should) work.

I had the most wonderful experience buying some great lights . Eaman the sales lady is outstanding and helped out with great understanding and enthusiasm. . Prices are a bit high but quality and service is amazing . Overall experience was as always wonderful . I want to thank the gentleman at the back who loaded my lights as well . Very nice and polite . Respectful and helpful .

I would give Coast Lighting 10 stars if I could. Greg and Brittney are fantastic at what they do, helpful and incredibly fast. From a contractor's perspective - Coast will quickly help with the lighting material needed for a job and happily schedule to meet with your clients to help with any lighting questions they may have. It's always nice to physically go into a showroom to show clients what their home will look like with certain lighting. Everyone in the store is polite, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. Thank you Greg and Brittney for providing a one-stop shop for both contractors, designers and customers!

They had zero customer service. We went in to look for pendant lighting and after about 20 minutes, zero reception or acknowledgment of our presence. No greeting whatsoever. I don't know how places like these still exists.

Nice fixtures BUT beware no refunds even if unopened box. Restocking fees and mailing fees will be incurred even though order took over 6 weeks which was no fault on our part. No customer service after sale was made. There are too many other options out there for lighting- save yourself arrogation and don't make the mistake we did - stay away.

Emann was so kind! I asked questions on and off for two hours, and they were very patient. They happily looked up wattages, colors, and even shipping times for me. Good advice too on how to match colors/styles across a few light fixtures I was considering. Thank you! Completely unrelated: It would be sooo helpful if this store had at least one night a month that was open until 7pm or later on a weekday (or anytime during the weekend) -- I've been wanting to come here for months but could never make it during work hours. There are plenty of customers with fulltime jobs interested in doing their own design, who don't have interior designers shopping for them -- please help!

I had a major remodeling project which took about a year. I bought all my lighting fixtures and switches from Coast lighting. Greg, the owner, is very knowledgeable, helpful and flexible in doing business. Their store staff are professional, especially Emann who was very responsive and helpful .Their warehouse staff are pleasant and cooperative, especially Litto who is very friendly and knows where everything is. I will do business with them again and strongly recommend them
