I bought outdoor teak furniture from Tom's Outdoor Furniture around 2007. For the last two years or longer, one of the chairs had a missing screw, sleeve and end cap to keep one of the arms in place. Finally, I got around to calling Tom's and they directed me to Classic Patio Furniture.Sure enough, I brought my chair in and they repaired it free of charge with parts that you can't find online because the chairs are made in Indonesia. Very happy with the no-hassle support. Shout out to Cindy and Harry!

Amazing authentic Oax mexican food!!!!! I said oax cuz I cannot spell the whole word lol. This place definitely has the flavor and their prices are amazing. Hands down so affordable. We stumbled upon this place because originally we were going to go to Gaby's to wait out LA traffic before heading back downtown, but we realized you have to sit outside at Gaby's and we wanted to not be cold so we saw this restaurant. A black lady was sitting at a table near the window dining in and she motioned for us to come in. Once walking in, she told us that everything on the menu is delicious and we would regret eating here. She wasn't wrong!!! As we place our order the lady at the cashier is the sweetest woman you'd ever meet. I wish she was my mom. She told us what was popular there and her favorites. I got the 3 taco platter it was great. The food is all made to order and is so delicious. The homemade tortillas are out of this world. This hole in the wall is one of a kind stop by of you want to try something deliciously new and support a small business!

If I could give this place a higher rating I would! From the moment my family and I walked in we felt so welcomed. The food is so fresh and made to order. The home made tortillas are my favorite. We got the barbacoa, memela con chorizo, colodarito, and a asada burrito everything was AMAZING! The lady in the front was so nice and treated us with so much hospitality and very attentive! She was amazing ! GREAT FOOD,SERVICE AND ALL! Definitely will be coming back .

This place just opened and I was very impressed by the food and the service. They have a section for indoor and outside seating. The staff brought my food out and was so attentive. I had a ceviche and a carne asada taco and they were so good! I'm sad I didn't get a chance to take a pic of my full ceviche tostada but it was so refreshing . I know I didn't have their main dishes but the people next to me did and it looked good. I'm definitely coming back...

SO GOOD AND SO FRESH! It's so hard to find goat in LA and this place does it!!! I ordered for lunch to go and everyone was so nice, friendly, and order was prompt! What we ordered: -Tacos de chivo: SO flavorful! This is my official go-to for goat meat. The meat was nice and tender, made with fresh, handmade tortillas, and they included the cup with the broth that had pieces of meat, onion, and cilantro -- Of course, I dipped my tacos in. -Tacos al pastor: Tasty meat, had pieces of pineapple, topped with pico de gallo -Coctel de camarón: SUPER FRESH! I ordered the medium size and got a good amount of shrimp, onion, cucumber, cilantro, tomato, topped with chopped avocado. They include saltines, chips, AND tostadas (LOVE multiple options), limes, Tapatio, and ketchup packets. As soon as I saw them preparing it, I went next door to the liquor store to buy some Pacificos and Clamato cause a michelada NEEDED to be paired with this. -Carne asada burrito: Meat was great, had rice and refried beans (I prefer pinto but did not take away from overall burrito), and went well with the red and green salsa they include (not spicy, but very flavorful). Love that they put the burrito back on the stove after it's rolled for a few seconds. Wonderful place, you must try! Can't wait to be back!!

Cosina Alambre has a burst of flavor that makes you say "mmmm" with every bite. The quesadilla with shrimp is so delicious. Their cafe de olla/ Oaxacan coffee will blow your taste buds away. This place is A MUST TRY!!

Excellent quality umbrellas and they make it easy to replace covers when eventually they wear out (ours lasted 10+ years). Very good service and a large variety of outdoor furniture.

Truly some of the best customer service anywhere. Vinny is a master, a throwback to a time when sales people went out of their way to do the right thing and stand behind their word. Tom's has a great selection of high-quality outdoor furniture.

We were looking for an outdoor dining table. We went to another place and liked that table but it was very pricey. So we decided to check out Tom's. Tom's store is not visible from the front. They have good selection of teak furniture and their price were very reasonable. They gave us a good deal on the table. And we are getting our table next weekend yah!!!

I've compared with other teak stores and it seems as if their products are all overpriced knock-offs compared to Tom's Teak. I saved myself $300 on a Teak storage chest/bench by buying with Tom's rather than other stores. Just because Teak is high quality, doesn't mean it has to be insanely expensive! I highly recommend Tom's, avoid getting ripped off elsewhere.

Tom's Outdoor Furniture in Redwood City is the best place for outdoor furniture and accessories in the Bay Area. I have been a long-time customer and have never been disappointed with my purchases. Recently I had new cushions made from patterns I made and mailed in. The pattern I provided for the two armchairs was too big by an inch all around so those two cushions didn't fit properly. I took the them back and the staff there remade the cushions to fit perfectly at no extra charge to me! Wow! That was so nice of them to do that. I offered to pay for the additional labor, but they said not to worry about it. I plan to be a loyal customer far into the future!

Great selection and decent prices for quality stuff. We bought a backyard patio dining teak wood set with umbrella and lounge chair and love it. We just looked Tom's up on Yelp after Covid lockdown and went to check it out. The sales team was helpful, not pushy and the products in store were just what we wanted and needed. They came by to deliver a few days later and made sure everything was set up successfully. Would definitely go here again, in a Covid or post-Covid world.

They took my money and never delivered the items. I ordered a round glass guard and a fire pit cover (over $500 worth of merchandise) on June 16, 2019 with the assurance that it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. I called on July 8 and was told it would be in by July 12 and that a rep from Tom's would call me back. No call back, no delivery. I called on July 23 and was told again that the delivery would be in that week and they would call me back. No delivery, no call back. My husband called on July 26 and was told it would be delivered by July 29 and they would call him back. No call back. He called them again today (August 1) and was told that they would check with the manufacturer and call him back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! They are not reliable. Update: After posting this review, the items we purchased were delivered and everything is working in good order. They also threw in a protective canvas cover for the table, which is helpful. It shouldn't have taken as much time and effort as it did, but I'm glad the issue was finally resolved.
