I ordered flowers for my sister who lives in San Carlos for her birthday, I live in nyc. First of all these flowers are gorg! I explained on the phone the type of flowers I wanted, the colors she likes, my price range and they created this masterpiece. Exactly what I wanted and expected. The customer service (on the phone) was impeccable. They are a women owned business...please support folks like these beside the flowers speak for themselves.

An overdue review on this amazing florist. I live across the country, and there was a specific arrangement I wanted to send a friend whose mother passed away. The arrangement had to have a butterfly. I sent them a photo of the inspiration arrangement, and Chu's florist says they would try their best to make something similar. They exceeded on creating the most beautiful arrangement. Chu's florist works so hard to please, and they have the skills to create stunning arrangements. I highly recommend them. Without a doubt, I will use them again! Thank you Chu's flowers for such great work!

Went here to get my newly-acquired cockatiel’s wings clipped; didn’t have an appt or give much advance notice: Tom was so gracious and accommodating. He trimmed the nails as well as wings! I also bought a few more cage accessories that they had in stock - great inventory for bird toys & cage accessories! Fantastic local longstanding family business!! Highly recommend them!!!

I dont really do reviews yet this place deserves one! I had gotten off of work and wanted to get my girlfriend a just because gift. While looking for a florist most were closed or about to close. This place did not disappoint. The owners gave a warm welcoming and are friendly spirited. They helped me choose what kinds of flowers I'd like and a price range. They gave me a chance to look around and see the birds. The birds are extremely well maintained. Getting to visit this shop is absolutely a pleasure. I'd say my go to shop now.

We got a parakeet from here. The birds are raised by the owners. The owners were very kind to my granddaughter and explained how to care for her new bird. They give written instructions as well.

I received a lovely white and green arrangement from here for Mother's Day! Sorry for the slightly confusing picture of it. I asked for it on Friday evening and they managed to finish it by Mother's Day morning, despite what I am sure was a large backlog of Mother's Day orders.If you have never bought a flower arrangement before (as I had not), then I have two things to say:1. This arrangement was made with a $120 budget. Flowers are expensive!2. If you are ordering an arrangement to celebrate a holiday people commonly buy flowers for, like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, make sure to order as far in advance as possible, at least three or four days. I regret piling on to the owners' workload last minute. They were very sweet and accommodating, though.

Chu’s exceeded my expectations! They were so easy and pleasant to work with on customizing the arrangement for my sister’s birthday. And they delivered a beautiful product that both my sister and I loved! I highly recommend this florist!!
