ATM machine ate our cash deposits and bank teller tells us it’s the 2nd time that it has happened this week. No signage stating the machines could end up not depositing to your account. Customer service here is measly at best.

I came in to open a new business checking account and Shella Mae Avilla helped me. She was amazing to work with and even though there were some huddles that we encountered, she was very helpful and patient with everything. She went out of her way to ensure that I started my account on the right foot and even fought with the accounts department over the phone on my behalf to get things done. I'm so appreciative of her and highly recommend that anyone looking to open an account to work with her.

This is by far one of the worst banks that I have attended. Last week, I showed up asking for help with my account. I leave thinking that the issue that I had walked in for had been resolved. I later come to find out that the issue was not resolved and that they had done something completely different with my account. Today, I go into the bank and ask for help. The teller didn't know what she was doing. I asked if a banker could help me instead. The banker, Jessica also doesn't know how to help with my account's issue. I ask to speak to the manager Johanna and she refused to help me. She gave attitude and rolled her eyes. Her excuse was that she was helping at the teller line when there were ZERO customers there besides me. This branch needs a new manager, someone that knows how to listen, help, and be respectful to their customers.

I walked in and forgot my debit card but needed some cash, the teller was so helpful and basically walked me through how to set up my debit card on my iPhone and I was able to use my apple wallet on their ATM! Great service and very clean/new facility.

Came here two weeks ago for a medallion stamp. The branch manager was super helpful. Before I went to this specific branch, i’ve been going in to different banks and branches for the stamp and all the branch managers were not trying to help and just simply said that they could not do it. Adam the branch manager went an extra mile to help. Very appreciated.
