I use chase here all the time because it's in my neighborhood, I ask the young men if I could use the restroom I'm 9 months pregnant and he said no we don't have a restroom. It's funny because I used the restroom once before. I deposited checks here all the time and it's rush hr now I have to drive somewhere else to use the restroom. While I'm super pregnant it's disappointing makes me want to go to another bank. I told him I used the restroom before and he just said oh sorry no.

I have been banking with Chase for 32 years (Great Western, American Savings, Washington Mutual to present). in the last two years the relationship with staff and the policies of Chase have not been client friendly. when I professionally expressed my disenchantment and my desire to close my business account, I was asked if I want to close any other accounts (I have 6 accounts in all). I felt like they didn't want my business when I first expressed my bad experienc, but when I was asked if I wanted to close more accounts I knew they didn't care about me or my years of loyalty. Oh, I forgot to tell you why I had an issue: I'm in construction and have a business account which I deposit large checks on occasion. Lately, and I'm told this is what CHASE does. They tell me my funds will be available a few days later and on that day, they extend the hold another week. Always another week. The issuing bank tells me the funds were released, but I still have to wait an additional week every time. So where is this money for the week after the issuing bank released it? I can tell you where it's not.

patient is allways A very kind person and helps me right away every other person I've dealt with has honestly gave me a hard time! patient has allways helped me right away and has given me no trouble or attitude like the rest of the employees that work over there ! He deserves a raise chase bank honestly!

Definitely not a pleasant experience for the first time in Chase. Usually customer service is top-notch but unfortunately, not at this branch with one of the female tellers and the branch manager. I was very disappointed in that they didn't help me with my transaction even though I had all of the documents in order and had previously done in another branch prior. Definitely recommend people to solely use the mobile banking app to avoid these interactions, time, and more importantly, it's more convenient and reliable.

Came in to get a replacement card because I never received one. All three woman that helped me said "oh you probably threw it away." The first two tellers had a rude tone. If I had gone in blaming them I could understand them being defensive but it was unprompted and unnecessary. If I say I threw it away then will you help me? I don't care why I just needed a simple replacement. A five minute interaction really ruined my experience with this bank.

Like a cold sore, Chase has been a largely negative part of my life that I suffered in silence... Last year, JP and the boys turned a corner for the worse. Apparently they decided they weren't gouging enough greenbacks out of the Ma and Pa sixpack with their regular shenanigans. They decided they would open hundreds of new branches without adding any internal infractsture to support the additional workload. The lack of resources coupled with the increased workload resulted in an almost complete inability to log into their web site, and a new lack of responsiveness at their call centers that made the IRS during the government shutdown earlier this year look like the Minute Men during the Revolutionary War. Complete uselessness is it's own reward - I overcame my inertia, voted with my feet, and closed my accounts at Chase. Anyone who continues to do business with them deserves what they get :-(

Best chase in redwood. There is always parking and the service is usually pretty quick. Also the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Not 1 customer in the bank and I still have to wait 20 minutes to change a name on my account!!!! Awful service. I'm going to find a new bank!!!

Watch out for the parking n*** who sits in a chair at the end of the lot. He will yell at you even if you're using the ATM. not coming back here again
