internet website is terrible. About every other week the site says I am using a different device or setting and requires verification with a code. But talked to customer service 4 X to put in my number not listed even though I have gone in person to enter it

Chase stole contents from our safe-deposit box. Chase took over my mother's bank where we had accounts and a safe deposit box. Due to her illnesses, we hadn't visited the branch for awhile, but always paid the fees and maintained active accounts. When we finally went to check the contents, we noticed the building had been remodeled and the vault moved. There were two boxes with our number, but our key didn't work in either one. I had to come back so they could drill open the locks and both boxes were empty. We then found out that the bank had decided our box belonged to someone else who had not paid their fees, opened it and sent everything to the State of California as unclaimed property. Fortunately we were able to get some property back, but when we did, sealed envelopes had been opened during the bank's inventory. Many of these items had our names on them, but the bank never checked to see those names linked to other accounts at the bank, and that we had fully paid for the box. No employees, nor the manager apologized for their negligence, or the inconvenience and loss of privacy. Safe deposit boxes are not safe at Chase Banks.

Doesn't seem to be the center of town but it is. Excellent service and good attitude among all the employees. Glad this is center of town location.

Updating my review. I went inside the branch the other day and the worker at the end a young man wearing a 49ers jersey was very nice. I picked up some cash for Chinese New Year and he apologized for not having brand new bills. The bills he gave were still straight and crisp. Nice worker!

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. There's never any wait. Every transaction is handled efficiently and quickly. Best bank around!

Got a cashier check here. It got lost in the mail. Came back to cancel it. They require some payment to be notarized but don't have anyone to do that so I had to drive to San Carlos to get it done. Now the branch in San Carlos has no idea what to do after notarizing it. If you require paperwork notarized have a notary on staff. Offer the classes to your existing employees and pay for it. As an account holder it is super frustrating that this took an hour and a half all in.

worse bank experience ever!!!! they tell you one thing and you come in and it's a WHOLE other story. long sorry short i opened and account and wanted to withdraw today BECAUSE THE BANK TELLER, Frank, TOLD ME I COULD COME TODAY AND WITHDRAW WITH NO PROBLEM.... now i'm here and they saying i have to wait because of all this other BS and my question is why wasn't i told this yesterday? why was i given false information by someone i thought knew how to do their job, CORRECTLY??? Then as the audacity to get an attitude with me as if i'm the one giving out false inform i honestly wouldn't recommend this bank at all. UPDATE:11/27 I come to the bank to cash my pay check from my job because that's what you normally do when you get paid you go to the place you're banking with and they cash your check no issue. They tell me that since i don't have the same amount of money in my bank account as the check, they can't cash it. Now they're telling me to go to U.S bank because that's the bank who issued my check. Correct me if i'm wrong, does that make any fucking sense? why can't i cash my check with MY BANK???? that's so confusing. and all the staff in there are literally so rude as if they're job isn't to help the customers. AVOID THIS PLACE by all means.

If I could I would give the people at the 1-800 number a minus 5. You call you are put on hold for 30+ minutes, you get a person that does not know the answer, they say I will put you on hold for 2 minutes and 40 minutes you are still on hold. Most incompetent bank I have ever seen. Someone from the executive staff needs to call in and see the crappy service they are providing.

Never seen it so empty before! Finally could get in line and have a wait of less than 2 mins! The staff were very friendly and helped me with my questions! I'll be coming back here! :)

My first time at this Chase branch and it will be my last. Came in to withdraw some money. Customer service I received this morning was just as cold as dealing with a machine. Did the teller want to compete with the ATM to see who/which is colder? He asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes and he left the receipt on the edge of the keyboard as he pulled the keyboard toward him to start typing. I had to reach over to take the receipt. I guess next time it's the ATM for me at this branch. Or if I can help it, another branch.

I constantly see groups of people parking here throughout the day. I frequent this area and it's obvious that the security guards are prejudiced. They obviously target certain people. I don't tolerate such low levels of ignorance. I understand Mario is only doing his job but it's sad to see individuals attempting to grasp onto some form of power through their jobs. And at such an early time in the day when the parking lot is empty with over 15 parking spots open. I also have accounts with Bank Of America and Wells Fargo. I can assure you that I've had better experiences with those companies on all levels over chace banking. I'll be cancelling my account
