This is probably one of the most unorganized offices I have had insurance with. After my divorce they still got my paper work tangled with my estranged husband's. After an accident I had last year the body shop I took my car to get fixed called my ex husband and gave him all my information the Redwood City office provided them. My parents were also insured with them and had their policy revoked multiple times because payment information was always misplaced at their office. Any time I called they would bring up different car information except my own. They are not worried about helping their customers at all, only interested in selling more policies to them.

Avoid at all costs. I’ve been a State Farm customer for 21 years and Carlos’ customer for 7. Carlos let all of my policies lapse without even a phone call. When I called his office it was clear he didn’t value my business and hung up on me mid sentence.

Avoid at all costs. I've been a State Farm customer for 21 years and Carlos' customer for 7 (since moving to CA). Carlos let all of my policies lapse without even a phone call. When I called his office it was clear he didn't value my business and hung up on me mid sentence. You can do better.
