This pawn shop does not compare to the rest. They go above and beyond with customer service. Jairo really made my experience phenomenal and wanting me to come back in the future. He was very personable, friendly and makes great deals. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Big lady rude they say electronics yet after going all the way there. They just want apple products OH EXCUSE ME! The usual better than you customer service. So we bought a ring 3 days ago . Then my mom changed her mind and wanted to exchange it for something else , wasn’t asking for her money back just an exchange for something else and they said no exchange but they would buy it back for HALF the price of what they sold it to us. Talk about a rip off . Never coming back here again

I had a great experience here selling my silver coins, the staff were very friendly and the gentleman explained everything to me as it was my first time. Worst place do not take your gold especially your silver; Cynthia is the worst and bad attitude and borderline racists asking me if the gold is mine and never ask that question to other that walk in and give other 80percent and only 60 percent to me acting and treating me with such a condescending attitude and is ignorant about precious metals in every regard and took way too long; her co worker is even more incompetent do yourself a favor and do not pawn your silver or gold here they will rip you off and not offer you 80 percent of melt value at best 50 to 60 percent and with very bad attitude; the icing on the cake we do not take gold dust even though it is gold at least 14-18k pure gold but cynthia in my opinion should not be working there due to her incompetence wasted over an hour of time when asked if they take gold and then tried to low ball me for silver and get this they do not take silver bar only coins makes no sense

this place has no objection to taking stolen items. I told them what my banjo that had previously been stolen looked like and they told me I needed to file a police report. it wasn't in their shop yet. I just simply told them to be on the look out. why would I need to involve the police with something that I could describe. they said they didn't have it and I tried to describe it

I'm from Fresno CA.I was expecting big city attitude and rudeness... quite the contrary.. knowledgeable and super friendly...

Rude. Walked in and asked one simple question, if you guys take items to sell. Tatianna took off her headphone and asked me to repeat myself. So I did. Then she looked at me with this random ass non friendly / not trying not to help look. Like dang I just asked one, simple question. She then asked what I had and I told her two computers and some Xbox controllers. Immediate "um I don't think we take those" when I emailed someone two days ago and checked their website before coming. She did not want to help at all / must have caught her during lunch. Just go to best collateral
