What a lovely local florist! Sherry is really nice and worked hard to create the exact bouquet I wanted for a dear friend! Unlike so many roses you'd get at other shops, this one actually has roses with fragrance! I'm very happy I found this spot.. easy parking too! Perfect

I called this florist after seeing their reviews, and was very delighted with the customer service I was given. They were very accommodating and the bouquet of flowers I had requested was on point. I’m extremely happy with the results and will be coming here again.

Very little variety, high cost and not good service for the price. Your local grocery store has better options for premade bouquets.Edit: The reply from the owner says it all. I wasn't there for my wife's anniversary, so don't make assumptions about your customers. Thanks for blaming the customer for your choice on how to run your business. Looking forward to taking my business to any other local florist. Down graded to one star bc of the poor attitude of the owner.

My mother passed away and my friend from Sacramento ordered me flowers from Redwood City Florist. The bouquet was so beautiful. It was by far the most tasteful flower arrangement I received. Additionally the flowers have lasted the longest out of all the others I received. I highly recommend Redwood City Florist for any occasion you want to make someone feel loved.

Incredible customer service, and absolutely gorgeous flower arrangements!Sherry went above and beyond to help me in a terrible situation. I had given her the incorrect address the flowers were delivered to, and she jumped over hurdles to help me. I highly recommend this company, not only for the quality of workmanship (I'm attaching a photo), but for their outstanding customer service! You just don't find people or companies anymore. When you order they do note, that the bouquet MAY be different to due to supply and I understand that and went forward with the $102+ purchase for my friend in the hospital.Truly disappointed when I saw what was delivered, albeit in a timely fashion.I noticed in the reviews there are responses to the Positive reviews, not the 3-star reviews.Good to know now though, not referring to future daughter-in-law as I had planned.

After learning the passing of a colleague's family member, we decided to remind her we were thinking about her and what better way to send flowers that offered same day delivery. I was happy to locate Redwood City Florist. Once I received notification the flowers were delivered I was sent a photo of the arrangement and to my surprise it was nothing like the website advertised. I felt so embarrassed of what was thrown together. This was $100.00 after taxes and delivery fee. Another colleague immedaley went to our local Safeway in Foster City to purchase a more attractive floral arrangement and not only was it gorgeous till this day it's still beautiful.
