Matt is always generous with his time and Range Rover Classic knowledge. He is always super helpful when I drop by to pick his brain on sourcing those hard to find parts. Always a good experience when I bring my Rovers in with any issues.

They spent a long time on the phone with me explaining some things and giving advice even though we might not be doing business directly. Really helped me out. 4 stars because I've had nothing repaired there, but they were recommended to me by a friend who has her Audi serviced there.

Had an emergency. The mechanic working on my Mercedes E550 ran into an unexpected problem that required machining on the engine block, but unfortunately he did not have the equipment to do that type of work. Found Bosch on Yelp and called to see if they did that type of work and could then finish the original job. Talked to Matt and explained the situation. He asked if I could send him a photo for his mechanic to look over before giving me a quote. I took the pics and sent them via text. He called me back a short while later with a quote and I explained I really needed the car and how long would it be until he could take it in. He agreed to take it right away. I called AAA and had it towed to him. This was Tuesday afternoon and I wasn't expecting the work to be completed until at least Thursday. He called me again late Tuesday and explained that there really was one other part involved that his mechanic recommended replacing. He fully explained the reasons, which made total sense, so I approved it. He said they hoped to have it done by late Wednesday, ahead of my expectations. Sure enough, he texted me Wednesday at about 5, saying it was ready. I got up there immediately. Not only was he nice, friendly and professional, both he and his mechanic took great care with my car and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. My 'baby' is now purring like new again. Their work was excellent. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a repair facility. Highly recommend!

We discovered Matt in 2010 when seeking a good Land Rover service. He cared for the Rover for many years. We became loyal customers with our Lexus and Subaru and have never been disappointed or felt he was charging us too much for the service. This was my first time coming to this shop. Matt is wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful. I brought my Audi Q5 to him and needed him to replace a part. Not only did he accommodate me last minute but he also gave me a discount on the part which no one else offered. Also he went so out of his way and cleaned some paint from the side of my car which had been there for so long and I was resigned to leave it there.Hands down the best service experience! This was my first time coming to this shop. Matt is very knowledgeable, helpful and awesome. Not only did he squeeze me in at very short notice but he also gave me a discount on the part which no one else offered. His prices are reasonable and service is excellent. He also went out of his way to clean some paint marks from the side of my car without charging me and without me asking him too. I'm so happy I doing this place. This is my Audi repair shop for the future!

- good value, clear pricing - very available and responsive, was able to start work within 2 days. Most other shops were backlogged and not responsive. Matt cares and wants to make it happen to get you back on the road - felt like I was checking in a lot, wasn't sure how the work was progressing unless I asked (or waited until end-of-day). Call them at 2:30pm if you're not sure what the plan is for a multi-day service - business-systems are a little old and disorganized, but really glad for responsiveness to text-messaging. Overall, glad to be a customer and would come back! Major or minor work both!

Over the last 15 years I have taken all of my vehicles to Bosch European in Redwood City. They are trustworthy, professional, and very friendly. The manager, Matt, is a very kind person and takes special care to see that each customer is treated with care. What is especially great is that Matt will make sure you only pay for what you need and nothing more. I love my BMWs and would not take them anywhere else but here. When no one else could figure out why my E36 was not passing smog, Matt's mechanics ran it down to a bad DME (which other shops said was impossible). Thankfully, Matt had my car passing smog and back on the road in no time. -Don

Matt has been working on my Aston Martin for the past several years. He is one of the few mechanics that will work on Aston's outside of the high priced dealerships. The shop is great for performing almost all the basic services (oil change, brake service, electrical issues, etc). Matt has always been fair with his prices and offers an all important loaner vehicle while my car is in his shop.

I have used Bosch Motors for my car repairs for 9 years and have had nothing less than excellent service. Matt and his team of mechanics are very skilled professionals that are good at what they do. They not only repaired my BMW but also amazingly rebuilt my daughters engine in her VW Tiguan. I highly recommend them for all your car maintenance need.
