i have gone multiple times to get Auto parts here. First they give me wrong parts. then they refund me the wrong amount. they never answer phone and when the do they just leave you on hold for ever.. I'm on hold now goin on 32mnts. maybe its not all of them. i always get the Latino guy.

Words can not describe my experience at Nisan boardwalk. They have the best crew ever with great teamwork, everyone goes above and beyond to give you the best service ever. CRAPPY SERVICE CRAPPY CARS. Go to anyplace but here. They are the worst. Don't care about customer, don't care if your purchased your car there...and don't have the knowledge on how to fix a problem.

I researched an available car at Boardwalk Auto Mall (using Carfax) and then received robo-mail from this dealership at 2:16am. Then I started getting round the clock robo-calls from Texas. Do not give Boardwalk Auto Mall your contact information.

They close at 430 when they feel like it. Don't bother. Call first their hours are never accurate.

I could not have been happier with my experience at Boardwalk. Working with Brianna and Nicole to purchase my new Chevy Bolt EV was truly a dream come true - in fact, everyone we interacted with at the dealership was a pleasure to work with. The customer service at Boardwalk has a very personal feel, far from the "hard sell" stereotype I was afraid I would encounter. (In fact, I'd originally intended to purchase a car through a broker to avoid needing to negotiate with a dealer). I felt such an immediate rapport throughout our transaction, the dealership seems committed to customer satisfaction, and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know interested in purchasing a car.
