I must admit that my previous experiences with this beauty store left me questioning its commitment to customer satisfaction. The customer service, especially 6 months ago, was abysmal. The staff seemed more interested in pushing sales than assisting customers with their needs. The store claimed to offer luxury products, but the atmosphere was far from luxurious.However, the recent addition of Jessica to their team has been a game-changer. Her profound product knowledge and genuine dedication to helping customers find the right skincare products have transformed my perspective. I appreciate her professional suggestions, and the positive change she brings to the store. I finally love what I'm purchasing, and want to spend my money here now.The store is noticeably cleaner, and the manager Diana's leadership has contributed to an improved overall experience. I've extended my recommendations to friends and family, urging them to seek Jessica's guidance for their beauty needs. It's evident that the recent hires, including Jessica, have breathed new life into this establishment, turning it into a place worth revisiting.

I would give (-) Stars if possible! The customer service was non-existent and you got rude reactions from every single employee in that store. Maria specifically was extremely unpleasant to work with, she ignored my request to get a sample and ignored me to go chat with another customer (RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME). They misgendered me the whole time I was in the store and laughed at me when I was showing obvious signs of frustration with their sub par experience their providing. Both Maria and Horan should find other jobs they actually enjoy because this was a horrible time, I will never be going back there, nor do I recommend anyone try to as well. Sephora and Ulta are nearby save yourself the pain!

It is not an inclusive store! If you want to pay with cash (everyone has the right to decide how you will PAY) this COMPANY doesn't accept this payment!So, if you don't have a credit card or a debit card you are not allow to buy any merchandise. The website is saying about "the efficiency of the business". However, it is not my problem to say or to "teach" than how to be more efficient with the business.

This location has lots of testers, a great place to try out a product before buying it. The staff has been somewhat helpful. I like this location because there's usually almost no one else there so it's nice to shop in an empty store.

Today was my last time stopping by this store. I went in, ready to buy 2 Caudalie serums and an eye cream, I just wanted to try one of the serums on my hand to feel the consistency. They didn't have a tester or sample available, barely looked for one, and then said "it's not my fault there aren't testers, why don't you try online?" For a tester? Every time I come here, I have encountered varying degrees of dysfunction. The iPads they use rarely work to ring you up causing long delays. I've been sold eye shadow cases when I want eyeshadow. And then I've completely been ignored while trying to ring something up because of the way I look. Looks like I will be going to Sephora from here out, I recommend you do the same.

This is place is the worst. We haven't been in California since before Covid. This was a wonderful beauty supply store before and they had everything. They had all of our favorite goodies. Now it's a corporate chain and they got rid of of everything. Plus the staff didn't know anything I as talking about. We ended up in San Francisco and went to another one of there stores and the same. They should be ashamed of themselves to get rid of all the wonderful great specialize products the last owner carried. We had spent lots of $$$ .We will never shop here again and we are telling all of our friends not to as well. Shame on you. Shop small business's only.

Wonderful service and so many great products that I already love and use. So much more convenient then having to drive to the mall and you get instant gratification. I am so happy to discover they are just a short drive away. This will be my go to spot from now on to replenish my goodies and also try something new.

Tired of being given bad makeup advice and products, very wrong colors (no samples-- that's their fault: sampling on Casper white tissue means nothing) and having to return. Then hearing multiple times that I "wasn't charged" for something (so the employees dont know how to properly ring? Again--their fault but saying it like it's mine. Check your work...) but I was, in fact, charged! I pull up my electronic receipt (which they could have easily asked for, you know, to double check) to show evidence that they should definitely have requestedseriously this is obvious basic stuff...get refunded and no apologies for their error. Tired of this b.s. If they dislike people returning, then offer samples and correct colors/advice etc. Also don't appreciate scarcely being acknowledged or even "be right with you" upon entry, as they were with another client. Yet, after my return/I'm examining my receipt, she walks away to help someone just coming in, despite me calling the error to her attention. So f people returning, cater to spenders... nevermind how vastly much I've spent here since they opened, right? Maybe I'll just return absolutely everything I've ever bought, recently or not. Don't be fake friendly in terms of money spent or returned, and I do not often return products.
