We paid Bennett Glass $23,000 for our Andersen E windows and three sets of sliding patio doors. We later found that the screen doors do not latch because there is a missing part. As one of our indoor cats has figured out how to open the screen doors, we can no longer leave our sliding doors open. Maurie, the owner, was extremely rude when I called to ask how to get the missing parts, and after I called three times, told me "We're not the right people to help you. We're not interested." He kept interrupting me when I tried to ask how I could get the parts, and hung up on me. This confirms my experience with Maurie when we were choosing and ordering our windows and doors. He was always curt and dismissive. He's one of those people who likes to make the lives of others more difficult. We only stuck with Bennett Glass because our contractor knew someone who worked there at the time.

We did not have a pleasant experience with this place. After deposit was made, the owner (Maurie Bennett) sounded dismissive in every phone call. One item turned out to be 170% more expensive than the original quote, and he failed to notify us in time which eventually led to cancellation of the order and a one-month delay in finishing our project. No thanks, will not come back again.Read the Yelp reviews, they're more accurate.

Ordered on July 21. Predicted Sept 21 delivery. Arrived on Oct 26. Had to call over and over, always got put on hold. Never got a straight answer. I had to threaten to call the supplier (because they don't track shipments on "cheap" items, FYI) before someone actually called me back to tell me when the window should show up. Totally adequate, but it's on you to communicate.

Completely unresponsive after initial emails. They requested all the information about my project, which I sent in. After 3 weeks and 2 additional emails of inquiring the status, no response whatsoever. The only way I'd forgive them is if I found out they had all died. And if that's the case, I am so sorry. RIP.

wish i could give them zero stars less than a month after the install the screen has popped out of the frame. bennett glass customer service another scam says i need to bring the scrren into their shop fir fixing... so much for lifetime warranty!! ughhhh where is the better business bureau for these kind of businesses???

I just had the best experience with Bennett glass. I was referred to them because I have a Milgard window, and it has a a seal failure. I actually need get the glass replaced, which is something they don't handle, but the person I spoke to, Ben, gave me a lot of helpful information on how to do this! Next time I'm looking for a new window I will definitely go to them; you can tell they are good people!
