Twice they told me they reversed the unauthorized charges for depositing money in my account. Twice they lied. Hidden fees everywhere! Phone service sucks. I closed the account. Good Riddens Bank of Nobody!

It seems like all BofA employees are professional and friendly. The new account manager was very helpful; she opened a checking account, then informed me of their saving services, investment services..etc. This location was clean and quiet. The tellers were very helpful, too. I called Bank of America 800 numbers, and the call center reps knew their products. You can tell BofA train their employees. I am thinking of moving my Chase business banking to BofA.

Best Service Ever! Kali helped me with opening a brokerage account during a pandemic! Best decision I've ever made! Staff is great as well. Management here is excellent.

Useless. I've been coming here for years and I have to say that the place has gotten progressively worse. They are of no assistance and have an attitude. Avoid this BofA

Stay away from Bruno Moita De Deus for your mortgage banking needs. He only cares about making his commission. Once financing closes, any additional assistance you may need, he will flatly state he's unable to help.

I've been using this bank for several years now without a problem, but last month, I cashed a check inside the bank and a week later, I got a letter from the bank telling me that the check was actually $200 less than what I received. First of all, since I cashed the check inside with a teller, I think he would have caught a discrepancy. The letter that they sent me had no photocopy of the check to prove one way or another. I called the bank and was on the phone for nearly an hour while the man on the other end was trying to find a copy of the check. He couldn't. He told me that he would go through the right channels to figure it out and that I should hear from the bank with a photo of the check within 6 to 10 business days. When I heard from the bank again, it was a letter attached to a statement. The letter informed me that the item I requested was from an electronic transaction, so they are unable to provide photocopies. Since I cashed the check inside with a teller, I don't see how they would call this an electronic transaction. I again got on the phone and explained the ordeal to a different person who also kept me on the phone for nearly an hour while she researched everything. She started a dispute for me and filed a claim and said that they would find the photo of the check and send me a copy. Today, I got a letter from the bank telling me that they have completed their research and determined that no adjustment is necessary, still with no photo of the check. I got on the phone again and after being on hold several times while the new person researched the problem, I was finally told that I have to go into the bank where the transaction was made and have them research it. They've already wasted several hours of my time with no resolution and no proof that there is anything to dispute. If they think it's ok to take $200 from an account without proof of why they are doing it, I have lost all trust in them. As soon as this is resolved, I'll be closing my account and going elsewhere.

Way too many people in here during covid even w the six feet stickers it doesn't matter when they have an additional 10 people in seats. Easily 30 customers in here. 11 people on line and a bunch of people in the couches and seats. The other banks I've been to in Menlo Park both Wells Fargo and Bank of America were much safer only had about 5 ppl in at a time and had others wait outside. Why 11 people need to wait inside not reasonable...
